“I did not recieve my order, and when i tried to contact...”

I did not recieve my order, and when i tried to contact them via e-mail, all emails went unanswered, and then I tried to call them and their phone is disconnected! So far, my card hasn't been charged anything, but if they are out of business, they should close the website! I'm thinking its a scam business and i should cancel my card.
