The website was well designed and I was able to browse the products easily. Checkout was painless and the ability to pay via PayPal made it that much easier. The product was shipped quickly and I received shipping updates in a timely manner. I would buy from them again!
I ordered two Casio watches from them before Christmas.
The watches were going to be given as presents, so I asked them if they come in a box. They replied that the watches come in original Casio boxes.
Guess what, both watches arrived inside a single plain carton box and they were only wrapped in cheap plastic bags.
I contacted them to complain because I couldn't give the watches as presents and they replied that their provider doesn't supply boxes for these watches. In another email they said that "Under 75 USD watches, we do not send boxes".
Not only this was not written anywhere in the products webpage, they had gone further in deceiving me by assuring me via email that the watches will be in Casio boxes. They never explained why they said the watches will be in their boxes and they could at least send a couple of boxes after all the fuss, but they never did.
Very disappointing experience with them, pure liars and they don't care about customer satisfaction.
I ordered a Seiko watch and I was impressed with the service. It took 2 days to process the order because the billing and shipping address being different. After that, item shipped on Friday in Singapor and delivered on Monday in Denver Colorado. Definitely a website to recommend!

Excellent service. Very quick delivery, I ordered on Friday and received my watch on Monday in UK. I am happy with the quality of the watch, authentic and new. However, the watch box could have been better - the citizen box in which the watch was presented was defected. It is gift purchase and hence I would have liked better boxing.

I just purchased and received an Orient Classic Automatic (ER*******W) in Rose Gold finish. Wow! This watch looks like classic vintage watch with an attractive patina. I'll definitely wear this watch with pride and confidence.
I ordered a Seiko SNZG15 which shipped from Singapore to my home country (India). On checkout, there are two shipping options - DHL and Registered Mail, both of which are free. I chose DHL. I was charged 58% of the watch as Import duty from Indian customs. I paid $172 for a watch that was listed as $109 on their website. Import Duty of 58% can never be refunded even if I send the watch back to Singapore. This isn't the first time I am buying something from overseas, in the past I have had a lot of taxable products ship from China, Canada and Singapore. Never had a problem with customs. I'm not sure who is to blame here - DHL or CreationWatches. Either ways, I got ripped off for a watch for which I will not even get a warranty from Seiko. Please avoid this website. Like they say, if it is too good to be true, it usually is.

It is true that most of time we get blamed for import duties that are levied by the importing country. As explained on our website, the shipping fees are paid by us but Import duties (if any) are always the responsibility of the buyer. While we regret that you had to pay import duties. Please note that in most cases import duty gets triggered based on value of the item being imported. Some fee is usually charged by all these courier companies for handling the clearance. We have no control over this. In future, we recommend you opt for 'Registered shipping' as there have been lesser incidences of import duty levies for that shipping option.
