Bought 2 watches in the span of 4 days, watches were in perfect condition when they arrived. Extremely happy with the sturdy packaging - nice upgrade from about 3 years ago when the watch box shipped was not as sturdy as the current one! Essentially what you'll get is a sturdy cardboard box, filled to the brim with foam bullets so the watch documents and watch box don't get thrown around in transit. The watch box is unbranded but of good quality and presentable, so no worries if you're not planning on ordering the original box from them!

Very nice to see that the watches have the protective stickers on for the links and clasp and even has the seiko tag with the serial code on - but not sure if it's the specific seiko model I ordered that doesn't come with a protective sticker on the watch glass? But there were no scratches whatsoever and the watch was encased in a clear plastic bag with the cushion before it was placed in the watch box, which helped prevent scratches.

That said, all relevant documents were included with the operation manual + stamped seiko guarantee card, so that was great too. Fantastic price savings for an extremely nice watch that would retail significantly higher in brick and mortar stores (the uk seiko site reflected an RRP of £199.00, and I got mine at 155USD - converted from SGD - after relevant local taxes; and I got everything I would in a physical store too. You do the math! Will definitely be making additional purchases from Creation.

Had hiccups with local (Singapore) delivery due to the delivery company - shot an email over to creation and got a reply in minutes (which sounds ridiculous I know but true). Customer service is great and they followed up promptly. Slight room for improvement as with everything (more straightforward answers appreciated), but overall a very pleasant experience, and 2 very awesome watches.

I'm interested in watches, old, new, expensive and not so expensive. The watch on my wrist changes a couple of times a week.

I don't remember how I got to know Creationwatches, but since I found it, I have bought one or two watches a year from them. Their website is nice to read and I follow it constantly. It is also nice to follow the price changes up and down - I live in Europe - and order a watch when the price is low. Creationwatches has special deals every now and then and it is delightful to buy a watch in the price you can call a bargain. The prices are in general much more lower as in my homeland.

One of the main things which makes the buying experience of Creationwatches so good, is the awesome delivery of DHL. The speed record of the delivery in my case is under three days: I made my order in the Friday evening and the watch was on my wrist at Monday noon! The distance between my homeland and Singapore is over 9 000 kilometers...

I must admit I have ordered from Creationwatches a couple of watches I would not necessarily need but somehow the buying experience is so fun that my threshold of buying at Creationwatches is low.

I'm quite pleased with the Creationwatches watch brand selection, but if I may wish, I'd like to see more European watch brands on the CW's list. There are already Omega, Tag Heuer, Longines, Hamilton, but it would be nice to see brands like them more. Maybe some day I may buy Oris Artilier Moon Phase or Junghans Max Bill Automatic at CW's.
