Was looking to own my first automatic watch, but on a budget. After doing some research, I settled on the Seiko 5 SNK809K2. A brief search online for the best deals led me to CreationWatches. The buying process was smooth and communication from their end was great. Also got the watch pretty fast given the current lockdown in France as a result of Covid-19. Would highly recommend
If you have a problem with your order the service won't help you. Even if they answer you, it won't be useful, just the same email about "what are your problems?" over and over again, even if you've explained it in all of your emails. There's no way to receive a refund if you send it back to them.

This is the second purchase I have made from creation watches. Again the product was as said, at a great price and once again it made it to the other side of the world within days.

I received my watch after 3 days, i was afraid to have to pay more tax because i'm european and surprise no tax added for the shipment.
The watch is very well protected in a box.

Monday night I ordered my new Citizen watch from creationwatches.com, Friday morning I received my new watch. I still can hardly believe this watch came from the other side of the world in 4 day, but I'm pretty happy about it.
My watch came in perfect condition and I'm really happy with it. Will definitely shop here again.
I was happy with the product however the company did not pay custom fees nor specifically write anywhere that I would have to pay this. This therefore delayed the process of receiving the watch and I had to pay an extra £12 on top to receive the watch and so will not be ordering again.

It is true that most of time we get blamed for import duties that are levied by the importing country. As explained on our website, the shipping fees are paid by us but Import duties (if any) are always the responsibility of the buyer. While we regret that you had to pay import duties. Please note that in most cases import duty gets triggered based on value of the item being imported. Some fee is usually charged by all these courier companies for handling the clearance. We have no control over this. In future, we recommend you opt for 'Registered shipping' as there have been lesser incidences of import duty levies for that shipping option.

The wife absolutely loved the watch! It was so much cheaper than anywhere else, up to 40% cheaper than some shops. I ordered the watch Friday night and I received it at work Monday morning so although I had left it late it still arrived for my wife's birthday.

Always be prepared to lose money when buying from Creation Watches. They offer low prices but poor customer service. Even if they send you a faulty watch, they will refuse to pay for return shipping costs.
I bought a Seiko SRPB39K1 with an automatic movement that can be hand wound, but the crown would not wind the watch. I had to return the watch at a cost of $30 AUD. I wanted a replacement but none were available. Creation refunded the purchase price but still left me $30 out of pocket.
Be aware of their conditions before you give them your money.

I ordered a Citizen professional dive watch. The shipping was lightning fast to Canada, I ordered it on Friday night Toronto time and a few hours later it shipped :). Then shipping was free and I paid nothing at customs. Ordered on Friday and received it on Tuesday, could not be happier.

Bought a watch 200, little damaged, get a discount of 4% on next order. Box was not the right one and they say that under $300 they do not give origianl box, it is not written anywhere.
The custom asked for payment evidence and then I discovered that the seller declared half of what payed without asking and NOT under my request.
Now the custom and Italian law applies to me a fine of 140 for false declaration. Plus custom duty and taxes, that I knew I had to pay. Total amount 385, very good deal.
Of course creationwatches has desapared!
Trying to do something with paypal, but i think i'll have to pay and stop!
