I have been sick with Covid. Not like any of us can afford to have it, but this is the worst possible timing- it being Christmas. I was trying apply for an online loan and it made me apply for a trial subscription for this. I paid the $1 and fogot about it as I got sicker. I'm finally feeling a little better- still pretty sick, but able to fuction a little more than I was. I noticed a $39.94 charge on my card, which overdrew my account. Called the customer service number and told them I have never used it, needed it cancelled and my money refunded. In order to get a refund they make you print a form, fill it out, and then email it back to them. That's what I find so shady. I've forgotten to cancel other online subscriptions, and all I had to do was call and tell them I didn't want the service and as long as I had never used it, they refunded my money. Jasper, the 2nd rep I spoke with (after the 1st rep told me she would issue the refund, then the call dropped), was very unforgiving and hesitant to give his supervisors name. If you are looking for a credit service- there's so many of them out there- I don't think this is the one to go with. Will update if they process my refund.
