This is an amazing site that lets you apply to try out and review new beauty produts before they hit the stores. This sight in 100% legit. It works so well and you can earn gift cards for different stores I love this and despite others bad reviews it is a great sight.

I belonged to this platform for 4 years, I came from answering the reviews honestly, after being inactive for a few months I returned to the platform and I received many surveys to answer, many of them were double and I answered them and for no reason my account was deleted I tried to contact them and they never answered my emails... bad experience

Like many other people they closed my account without reason or explanation after I accumulated a bunch of points. I had enough for over $100 and as soon as I redeemed $60 worth they shut my account without sending my gift cards. This is a common practice. They have 1/5 stars on BBB. They are a shady company. Do not use

Hi my name is Jennifer I am grateful to Crowdtap and what they have done for me but a few weeks ago my account was disabled without any reason and so far the support has not wanted to do anything for me just reject my request and I have already been answered by several people and it seems that they are bot because their responses are automated and are very groceries on their part especially Ms. Betty S.

I have been a member of crowdtap since their beta stage; when you would rank up from cardboard and all the way to platinum.

Crowdtap has come me a long way since beta, and so much has changed.

I love this website. I have sampled so many different products and written so many reviews. I have supplemented my income with their rewards ( which really helped me when I was a single parent and needed things for my daughter). And I have felt like my opinion mattered!

Degit give crowdtap a chance; you won't be disappointed.

I personally have recieved a few sample boxes from Crowdtap and was blown away, totally impressed! They were packed with full size products, not just little samples and always high quality. No gimmicks, just stay up to date on completing surveys on their site and follow the review process after getting your free box. You also build up points that you can redeem for gift cards. I've cashed in two $5 Amazon cards and working on my 3rd!

I have been an active Criedtap member for over a few years and they have never let me down. It is completely free, no "Preminum Membership" to purchase, everyone is treated equally.
Crowdtap works with specific companies who want feedback from real people. Based on your indicated preferences there are daily questions, surveys, sample opportunities etc that are rewarded with points and the points are easily redeemed through the site and turned in to gift cards for various retailers or you can choose to donate the money to a charity.
I also like that you are told whether you are accepted for a product trial or whether they were looking for a different demographic.
Lastly, every time I have emailed their Help Center I have had an helpful, efficient response within 24 hours.

I joined this site recently and was in the process of answering the profile questions. I kept getting warnings that I was breaking rules and not answering with quality responses. I answered everything honestly, wrote long answers to the open ended questions, etc. Account suspended. Emailed them and was told I broke rules. I asked how and they said I gave low quality answers. I asked for an example and was told again my answers were low quality, but they couldn't give me an example. They then told me that they would reactivate my account if I promised to answer with quality responses. So I log in today and immediately get flagged and not sure why since it was just a multiple choice question about what sports I like, I checked the ones I do and hit submit, account suspended. Not worth wasting my time on these scammers.
