Im just an older adult that travels with a great bunch of girls. We love to play corn hole as our cheap entertainment. For surprises, I buy these trophies/medals/paper weights for our outings! Seems to make everyone happy!

Easy to build your own award on the website. Best turn around time for a custom order that I have ever had. My product was made and shipped the same day it was ordered. It was delivered in two days. Highly recommend Crown awards.

The initial interactions were poor. Once I placed the order the interactions were good, but support people did not seem to know what they were doing. Luckily I have ordered before and knew what was possible. You are going to lose business until staff are better educated on your great graphics capabilities. Should consider using online visual tools like zoom or webex.

So many options! Ordering is fast, straightforward, and easy. Making changes or edits is not a problem. Shipping options are excellent and clear! I have used Crown Awards yearly for about 10 years now and have never been disappointed. They stand behind their products and their service. Even my mistakes have been dealt with efficiently and reasonably. I am always amazed at how quickly my personalized items arrive. I honestly can't imagine purchasing awards from anywhere else.

Your site is very easy to navigate, even for someone like me who is constantly altering items in my shopping cart. When I received my medals they looked kind of beat up, but on closer inspection I found that the jewel portion of the medals had a protective covering which was meant to protect the "jewels" in transit. Another fine example of how Crown Awards goes above and beyond to provide a superior product and experience. Thanks Crown Awards!

One of the items had a mistake on it, called customer service and they r sending a replacement...if that comes as quickly as the other pieces I will be extremely pleased... everything else was excellent

I have made numerous purchases (6+) and all have been what I ordered and delivered on or before the estimated delivery date. One reworking of trophy engraving plates (due to a changed event on my part) got a little confusing but we worked it out.

Several years ago I was a league secretary and used Chicago Trophy exclusively. Never a problem. So when we placed 6th in the State Bowling Tournament, we decided to purchase a plaque for our sponsor for sponsoring us every year.

My trophy came within a week and was wrapped and boxed so well that I never had to worry about it being damaged during shipment. The trophy itself turned out great. My cousin is going to love it! I'll be ordering from this site again if I ever need another trophy. Excellent job!

The products were all beautiful except for one that has a chip on it. Hopefully they can replace that before our big event. But I did love how quickly they put the items together and got it to us promptly.
