Ordered 9 trophies. Process was quick and simple. I was surprised and impressed. Got my confirmation right away. Was given the delivery date which seemed too quick to be true so I was skeptical. Got the notification that they'd been delivered. Sure enough the box was on my porch and was actually 2 days early! Still skeptical I checked each trophy at least 3 times but they were just as I had ordered, no mistakes, and they were nice looking! Not bad at all for price and the cost was much cheaper than I'd expected it to be! I was very impressed and satisfied! I'll be ordering again next year!

Good product, great service, super speedy, good price, the ONE thing that is frustrating is that they will not accept a PO or invoice me. I work for one of the largest and oldest non-profits in the country. Come on! Make it easier to keep ordering from you!

Wonderful! It was so easy to find what I wanted then after I ordered my things within a couple hours it was shipped! The order even came a day earlier than expected! Great quality! This is the third year that I've used Crown for this event.

First thing this morning I contacted customer service to place an order for a 4" plate with a new message. The initial message had to be modified and I was asked to call Crown Award to see how long it would take to receive the new template. As I was speaking with "Celeste" I received a message that the initial template is good to go. Throughout my conversation with Celeste, she was so amiable, and professional, and actually shared the moment of receiving last-minute changes with me. Thank you Crown Awards and "Celeste" for making my day.

I was pleased to run across this site. We were able to purchase awards for our PTA at a fraction of the cost of awards purchased from the official PTA website. With the ability to customize each individual trophy and medal, these are perfect for our needs. Additionally, when our trophies and medals arrived, they were very nice looking and did not appear cheap. This is a great product.

Received the ordered product and did the obligatory click to acknowledge. Not a fan of the multiple reminders for acknowledgment. The form demands more info than I think is needed for this transaction. Just a tip: voluntary engagement tends to yield better feedback than coerced participation.
