It was a little disappointing that the medals I ordered were not engraved on the actual medal. That's what I was expecting because that's what I got from the local guy last year. However, the items looked nice otherwise. The weight of the medals is always important to the kids, and it seemed good.

Realized we needed an award for an event we are sponsoring within a week. I ordered online in the morning, got confirmation that it shipped the same day and it was delivered within just a few days. Amazing follow up. I started an order but my internet connection was cut short... I got an email asking what they could assist with and gave me an 800 # to call, on a sunday. I completed the order and I got the awesome award in time in the time frame that was stated.

This is my 3rd time ordering, but I was dissatisfied of my purchase. The clear base with glitter/sparkles does not look like the picture. I took it will be a gold base with sparkles on it. After receiving my order, I was so excited to open it up! I am the softball coordinator here and I am trying to mix it up with awards. I was thrilled with what I found in the box! Everything is beautiful! I love that the website shows you what you are ordering with the different options you can choose. Thank you so much for easy ordering, fast delivery and beautiful products! I placed a second order yesterday for awards for our sponsors for softball! So excited to see those too!

Everything was positive, but I was confused about a couple of things, namely the engraving plate process and of what material the medals were made. However, customer service promptly replied explaining that the engraving plate goes on the back of the medal. It is sent in a separate bag which requires assembly by simply peeling and sticking it on. It was easy, but you may not be able to try a second time if you aren't happy with the first try. They also told me that all the medals are made of a zinc-based metal. The two medals I ordered looked great and really did the trick. Our home-schooled kiddos really felt special after getting their "Most Improved" and "You Make a Difference" medals. I highly recommend Crown Awards, especially since the shipping was under $6 for my order! Great deal. Super happy. Definitely plan to use them again. :)

I recommend using the online format for text engraving, I try to shortcut that by using the chat and telephone help, that was not as successful. The staff was courteous and help me straighten out my order. I then placed it online and the result was perfect text and quickly delivered awards. Will definitely use this site every year!

Easy ordering and fast shipping. Love the medals but the trophy I purchased I am dissatisfied with! There are large markings on the base and it doesn't look nice at all. I also purchased the plastic case for the medals which was also disappointing because of quality.

It was simple and straightforward to place my order. This was actually a follow-up order to one that I placed on Mar 25,2017 (order # *******). This order is for 12 more medals because of the number of pickleball players that have registered for the tournament already.

I had so many options to choose from for our family summer games but i decided on 1,2 & 3 medals with an overall trophy for the big winner. I also went with 1 fishing trophy and 1 largest fish award. Quality was better than expected! I have picky sports players who win very expensive trophies and medals yearly but even they are excited and hope to win them especially the fishing ones! We plan to make this a yearly event and will definitely be making more purchses from CrownAwards. Shipping was fast and packed well.
