I have used Crown Awards 3 times now and everything they have provided has been of high quality and great products.

I use Crown Awards for all trophies I need. I run a fantasy baseball league,2 fantasy football leagues,and I have a BBQ rib contest every year. I get the awards from Crown for all of them. Great range of prices and fast shipping. My league mates and I have been talking about getting a championship belt to pass around, and sure enough, Crown has them at a great price. This will be my next purchase for sure.

I had a great experience ordering a trophy for my daughter to celebrate her first year of dance. The website showed great detail of each product and it was very easy to place an order. The product was processed so quickly and was received on time. I can't wait to see my daughter's reaction after we present it to her at her recital. I will definitely recommend this site to my friends and family memebers.

This is my 6th year ordering track and field trophies for my track team. I always receive great customer service whether it be on the phone or web chat. I pay for the trophies myself and the prices are very affordable but the reaction from the kids is priceless.

I paid extra to have my item overnighted so it would be here 1 day before for the retirement party. It didn't arrive until after party. But Crown made it right by adjusting the shipping charges. For that I was grateful.

Overall, I have only good things to say about CrownAwards.com! I was looking for a couple trophies (last minute, of course) and they were able to accommodate my quick request flawlessly. Additionally, the quality of the trophies was better than expected!

Great item, however the label was crooked. I was able to remove it and re-glue it back. Just seemed to me that this should have been important enough to make sure it was straight. Quick shipping and well packaged.

I am pleased with the ease of ordering and a good selection.
However I am disappointed that the Key to Success lapel pin has been discontinued. I called customer service and the representative was very helpful and offered suggestions.

The site is very well designed with lots of easy to make choices. I placed the order for 10 personalized trophies on Monday and received the order, well packed and just as advertised on Tuesday! That is exceptional service!

I have ordered several times and have been very satisfied with the product and customer service if needed. The site is easy to navigate. However i have had to call after receiving the orders due to defects in the product. Inspectors of the product need to step it up and take more time before shipping items out.

I found a small anomaly on one of the paperweights that was very obvious. Was not happy for that. Considered the amount each one costs. I would think it would have been caught in the quality check.

Very much appreciated getting the email with my previous purchases so I could use the order number. Otherwise it is very difficult to find the same product again. Product is once again excellent and well priced.

Received product in amazing time. Two plaques had a scratch but not to bad, one was able to be rubbed out. But I have to say the whole process was amazing. I am sure if I would complain it would be taken care of. It is so minor. I am not complaining. AWESOME!

You can find anything and everything easy and quick. And if you are stuck the help is always responds quick and know exactly what you're looking for. And getting it delivered in a hurry is great. Things can be a little bit expensive for single pieces. But hey they have it and send it quick.

I always shop with Crown Awards bc of the quality,variety, cost, ease of online ordering and fast shipping.
However, the order on the glitter trophies was incorrect and I was unable to give them on the planned date. I will have to make other arrangements and have them given at the school awards day rather than our concert.

We paid extra for express shipping but did not receive the products at the date indicated. Other than that, the products themselves are a good deal. I will be calling to see if I could get a refund on the shipping price we paid.

Im just emailing you guys to thank your the quick shipping and awesome experience. Definitely 10/10 on this one. My personal experience on you guys's site was amazing, it was quick, easy and not stressful at all. I had been trying to order plaques and looking at prices for a few weeks now. I work at a roofing company and we usually need mass production for things such as what you guys do along with plaques and award pieces. I will pass your contact and site on to the administration.

The shipping was incredibly fast. Im in Canada and it was around 2 days if even. The order was estimated to arrive on the 3rd of July which was also pretty quick.
Lastly, from when I ordered to when it said it was ready to be shipped it was around 20 minutes which was impressive.

Helpful staff addressed my questions but I did have a request for a photo of the real item which was dodged multiple times. The delivered product was as good as I expected it to be but I wish it were a little more stone-colored.

Darlene was helpful when I had questions for the chat and ordering was very easy. The award arrived within 3 business days and is beautiful. Great quality and better than a similar one I had ordered previously through a different company. I will definitely use Crown again in the future.

I had a hard time finding a nice academic plaque and getting it to print the way I thought it would look good. I found some I liked but the options were too limited and wording didn't fit well. So it was frustrating. You need to do some sample of academic merit awards, like the one I made. It looks so much better if you space it out instead of cramming it together to center it. If I left a line black then I hope you will space it accordingly. I don't think it looks good to have it all crammed in.

Absolutely outstanding! Each product was even better than I anticipated and it was literally less than 12 hours from the time we placed the order to the time we received the shipping confirmation. Dang, that's fast! With such a quick turn around, I was worried about quality but these are by far some of the best trophys I have ever seen! You've definitely earned our business and our loyalty! Really nice site. Very easy to find what I want. I like the process to customize if I'd like and then how it will look. I also like how I can check and edit items in my shopping cart. The costs and shipping were also very straight forward to understand and select. Overall, very easy and will be back again.

Wasn't even sure I was going to order a plaque for this little display I made, but your site made it super simple to order. The item was completed and arrived long before I had expected. Pleasantly surprised. I will definitely do business again
