My original review mentioned the extra cost of shipping and engraving. Upon receiving my review they took it upon themselves to refund 1/2 of the shipping. Good customer Service is becoming harder to find. Thanks Crown!

First experience when we bought medals it was great, second experience we bought trophies and were expecting much better quality, I guess because the experience at first was very good thought buying trophies was going to be as good, but reality is that the trophies are not that great.

All products received as advertised and in a very prompt time-frame. Prices are very fair. Excellent customer service, although disappointed that I needed to make an additional order of certificates b/c the product link was frozen and was not immediately fixable. I was asked to order the gift certificates because that specific product link on Crown's site was not working. I was charged an additional $5 shipping even though everything shipped together.

The online chat was awesome. Kathy was super helpful and checked things out and got me to the link I needed to order once we were sure I was not in the system. Just very helpful. Did not see the plates with the little cutout corners but that is fine the color and size will match and I can drill the holes too make it fit perfect. Thanks

In the end this plate was not the same as the plates I have on the trophy and I will need to look to get engraving done on these plates on the trophy. I will get back on the site to see if this is possible and if not find another way. I am still happy with the service it is just I was not as clear on what I needed.

I specifically reached out to Crown's chat service to confirm that my entire 6 x 6 would be filled with words and was told yes, the font would be adjusted. Instead, I got a big piece of gold colored plastic with three lines of text in the middle and a whole bunch of empty space. Also- I somehow missed that I was paying $14 for a piece of plastic. I thought i was getting a brass plate. I tried to find where they mention it is plastic, but i do not see that anywhere on the engraving plates webpage. The shipping was not reasonable for 2 day fedex service. So I spent $30 for a piece of gold plastic. If that is what you want, they can provide it.

I loved having the chat help when I was placing the order. It made everything so much easier. The medals are great quality at a great price.

I purchased what I thought was going to be 3 nametags for a group I represent.when I received the items they were peel and stick? All I wanted was 3 name tags,with the info I requested to be put on each...the customer service woman was unhelpful,even when I said I was looking for a refund just wanted the right items.she told me I had to buy 50.needed 3...I would of paid for the mistake no matter who was at fault.she didn't care to help at all...buyer beware on what order! F- on customer service and company policy..

Great shipping time. Easy to use website. Just wish the design on medals were a little better quality. They were only stickers inside the medal. Could have had a clear gloss dome or something of that sort on top of the sticker in the medal. But overall good experience. This was the 2nd time I used CrownAwards. I will continue to use them. I made a mistake with the engraving that I didn't notice until after I checked out. I sent an email to customer support and Alyssa Epstein handled it immediately. I love the ease of ordering from Crown Awards and I am so impressed that engraved items usually arrive the next day!

Ordering was easy, they product that I ordered was a good quality and price. I received the items ordered on the exact date that the website said I would. Very satisfied with this company and will be back.

I live in Alaska so shipping is typically expensive or unavailable. I ordered the trophies on Wednesday and received them Friday. I am SO impressed with the trophies and the quick service. I will definitely be ordering again!

Quick and easy. Also like the Chat option to get immediate answers. The trophy was PERFECT! The BOSS loved it! He also said we have to make an annual presentation part of our annual company Christmas Party.

I ordered 3 trophies and 2 of the bases were cracked and color chipped on 1 of them. Yes i contacted the company and they tried to fix the wrongs. But really i paid good money for peace of mind. And i didnt get it... Not likely to reorder for our school or PTA again.

As usual quick order processing and quick delivery, I can place an order for engraving in the morning and next thing I know the items have shipped and usually the same day. Products are always top notch and as ordered

Quick and easy to set up, tons of options available for awards. Super affordable and they ship quick! I love shopping with Crown Awards. Their site is easy to navigate, and the variety of awards is unbelievable. I recommend them to anyone looking to purchase trophies or awards.

The only thing I find annoying is all the access of emails I am receiving. Tell me my order is approved, shipped and that all I need.
The other 1/2 dozen is nonsense and annoying.

I wanted to make the same order as last year but just change the date which would have been so easy. I wish you had a reorder button where you could change the engraving. I had to do the entire order again.

The process was easy and I appreciated the product I received. I feel that the website is a little messy and Think a way to create and choose awards in a set would be nicer versus having to choose each one individually.
