Received my medals extremely fast, which was amazing! The ribbons that were attached were not that high of quality and 3 of the 22 needed to be repaired by my husband. The fix was not too difficult, but you shouldn't have to repair new merchandise. Otherwise they were exactly what I wanted!

I'm very happy with my 1st order a couple days ago. Now I'm eagerly waiting for my next order in a couple more days. You guys do fantastic work, the trophies are professionally wrapped individually and are spectacular!

I ordered decorative mugs to use as 1st, 2nd and 3rd place awards for a charity golf outing fundraiser that I coordinate every year. The ordering process was simple and straightforward. The product arrived very quickly, and was so carefully packaged that not a single mug was broken. The product in person is even better than I expected because the mugs are very sturdy and well-made. I'm sure these will be a hit at my event!

Wow! I placed my order on a Friday afternoon and received it the next morning, even though it was on a Saturday! The engraving was perfect and the plaques were just as shown in the catalog. Somehow, my order went through and a confirmation was sent to my boss; while at the same time, an email was sent to me stating that I had not completed the transaction and that my items were still waiting in the cart. I did receive the order and all was as planned.

Crown was suggested by one of our scout Moms. We are giving one of our leaders an appreciation celebration. And we wanted to give her a plaque. The plaque is beautiful. Yes, the package was delivered. I had it delivered to Kansas for my grandson. It was a surprise. As I am in Milwaukee, I wont be with him when he opens it. My son will let me know, but I am sure it is just perfect. We have ordered trophies from you for many years and we have always been satiisfied.

We ordered crystal awards for two dedicated ladies in our church office; one is retiring and one is celebrating 25 years of service to our church. The ordering process was easy. The awards arrived in a very timely manner. The awards and the boxes they arrived in are beautiful. We are very pleased with Crown Awards!

The order process was easy and the turnaround time is wonderful. I wish they still had the other tractor topper we used to get for our trophies. Now our only option is the racing tractor and it's only one sided and the one we used to order was a farm tractor and it was much nicer.

The website was easy to understand and very easy to navigate. My items are the same as displayed on the website. I am very pleased with my finished product and will recommend this company to my family and friends.

I spent over a $1,000+ with your company and some of the trophies looked like the gold color was not as bright on a couple of them, in some the shading looked Orangie and to top it off, which has me angry is that the boxes that came in the cloth was old and discolored and.and.the boxes are so old that are unglued and falling apart. What an awful presentations to the awarded individuals that we're recognizing. As a radio station, we only ordered half of what we need. We still need to order more but we truly have to thing this one because we expected something as pictured. The lettering perfect. I would of paid you for the boxes that you send them in if needed but what you sent is embarrassing.

All of the medals look wonderful. The only problem I had was that 4 of the engraving pieces that I ordered to go with Valedictorian medals I already had did not fit. I needed one inch by one inch, but I didn't see that as an option.

The products that they advertised and the products that you received are totally different. Poor quality products and paid top money. Also was not sent what I ordered. This company lied to me and would not make good on their service. I called their customer service and complaint about the wrong order. The customer service personnel assured me that they will rush the order and will send me the replacement asap. Later on I received an email saying I have to pay for the new order. I called the customer service again and once again they said sorry for the internal miscommunication and they will send me the new order soon and someone will follow up with me. Several days later I am still waiting for someone to call me and waiting for my order. Nothing show up. I am now question about the business ethic of this company. The internet shows that they have many positive reviews and I do not experience any positive with my order.

I was shocked that this website was so easy to order from. Couldn't believe it was shipped same day and I received it in 3 days. So much easier that having to travel to pick out, have to wait couple days for engraving, go back to pick up. So easy! I needed it quickly and I got it quickly! Thank you!
