I love the quality of the pin I ordered. The pin colors were vibrant while the heft and quality made me a very satisfied customer. I also needed a picture before order arrived and was promptly helped by customer service!

The shipping price was extremely high for standard delivery. I also was surprised to see that the arms on the trophy where solid from the arms to the chest. So the arms were not cut out. Made the trophy appear cheap.

I was trying to purchase trophies with specific tops and specific ribbons. Once the ribbons I was wanting were back in stock the trophy tops were out of stock. This was the only issue I had. Other that that great experience.

I was hoping that the chili pot would have been black with some red and brown speckles indicating chili in the pot and that the chili itself would have been red with a green topping and the Flames down below it that would have had flame colors just like the Medallion had it and then in the in the bottom portion

This experience was great! I love that the shopping cart was saved for a few days while I was able to talk to parents. The only thing we weren't 100% please with, is the color of the trophies. We were hoping for a brighter pink but they have a reddish tint to them.

The hole on the back for hanging the plaque is on the bottom instead of the top. Other than that it is ok. However, the place to show the score card is too small and I had to cut a lot of the scorecard.

I didn't really have any concerns except that I did not find your web site all that easy to navigate. The offer of free shipping was large and the $100+ qualifier was much smaller.
It was a bit difficult to remove things from the cart but i was able to do so.
I liked the free engraving and that the products were a reasonable price. As to wether I was satisfied with the price, I must have been or I would not have purchased. - duh!
I cannot answer about delivery time at this point because I just purchased yesterday. I also do not know about the quality of the product for the same reason.

I needed one medal only and the order process was simple. Pleased with the medal. Only question I had was the engraving was adhesive cardboard with gold printed letters other than that it was as advertised
