Crown Awards

OUTSTANDING is the only word that applies to the great product, delivery and customer service. We are on a tight budget, but wanted something nice. THe online help desk was awesome. She helped me pick out something nice and affordable. KUDOS to customer service.

It took some work to get the plaque the way I envisioned but the art department kept working with me until it became what I hoped for. The quality of the final product is very satisfying! I am proud to present it to our awardees. Crown has courteous, problem-solving staff that stayed on task with me until I got the product I wanted on my timeline at a decent price.

When I ordered the large first place trophy, I thought it had the year on it (in a circle) but it was not there in the one I received Its nice, but the year would have made it remarkable! Next order I will double check everything

Website was easy to use. I tried to buy a trophy from another website. That company is so unorganized that a month later I was still waiting for my trophy. I canceled my order with them and used crown awards instead. Crown awards got me my trophy quickly and at a reasonable price.

Did not know it was an insert. I thought what I had seen in your website with the picture was the full medal. Was disaappointed in this. So glad i did not order more. Next time I will need to pay more attention.

I've recently used another local company and I couldn't seem to find The exact trophy that I liked. When I tried Crown Awards, they had everything that I was looking for and more. I will be using this company again

I was nervous about the delivery since they were promised on the site the previous day of my event, however they came just in the nick of time, the same day as my event. My items were a great price, and colorful. I would use Crown Awards again.

The trophies themselves are great and shipping was super fast, but the engraved plates were mixed up on the wrong size trophies, and I had ordered 3 with black bases and 3 with white, but received all black bases. I was able to remove and re-stick the plates onto the correct trophies, so it wasn't a deal-breaker, but overall was not impressed with the lack of attention to detail.

I wasn't sure what I would be receiving for the price I was paying, but I was very pleasantly surprised with what I received. The sculptures are great quality, the engraving is perfect, and the shipping was fast! I will certainly buy again from this company.

Upon placing my order I realized I had not changed a detail on all of the 7 items I had ordered. I quickly sent an e mail which prompted a representative named Camille to contact me on Live Chat. She expertly took charge and advised me of what to do to rectify my order. Order was corrected and I am now awaiting delivery. My items look great on the order, and the delivery date I was given was very prompt.

I love Crown Trophy! I have a small business and have got my trophies from Crown for about 5 years now. Everyone at Katella Store is so great, and Online ordering is easy and a fabulous selection and prices for the small business like me is so appreciated.

I found everything I needed right away, and the free 40 characters are a great bonus! My package came on time and I wasn't disappointed with my product! I paid a fair price for a great product! Thanks for the super bowl trophy replica!

My only problem with using the website to order placing was a code for a free ribbon. I'm not sure if it wasn't clear on the amount I had to spend to receive the free ribbon with my medals either way it was confusing.

AYSO Region 1090 has been ordering from Crown Awards for years. However, last year I decided to go with an AYSO partner, and was happy. This year I wanted to change it up and order medals. I was surprised and disappointed that the AYSO partner didn't have any on their website. The sales rep said they have them, but they aren't shown on their website. I'm sorry, if your selling a product, it needs to be accessible to the consumer. Too bad for them. Crown Awards has a great selection of AYSO medals. The website is very intuitive and easy to use, payment is easy (although an invoice option would be nice so I didn't have to use my personal credit card) and delivery is fast. We have a yearly family and friends cookout each year and we like to give out trophies for some of the events/games. This is the third time I have ordered and each time I received the trophies quickly and they were always of very good quality.

The designs and styles were many. They were also very stylish. The process was very user friendly. I can't wait to receive the order to present to the awardee.

It was packaged very securely inside the gift box, but I thought it would be larger and thicker.

I had to call minutes after placing my order because I realized I ordered the wrong thing. Alyssa in Customer Care made sure that my order was changed so that what I wanted was heading my way. Thanks Alyssa!

The service was awesome. The website was easy to navigate and place my order. Estimated date was on the 2nd of January and I received my order 3 days before the scheduled date. You guys are awesome. I will order all of my sports awards from Crown.

As far as ordering and price, very easy.

The trophies were shipped out like stated on the website, took about 1 week for delivery for Ground Shipping, which was expected.

A few of the trophies had to be "fixed"
Two of the 19" trophies, the top was broken off, but I was able to glue back. Not sure if this happened in transit, but the packing wasn't that great, and was surprised it wasn't all the Team trophies, just 2 out of the 6 larger trophies.

One of the boxes arrived open (8 boxes total). One of the trophies was broken with the "2nd place", but I'm going to attempt to super glue.

I love Crown awards and this is the 3rd year that I've ordered trophies from them. This year, the nameplates on the two trophies I ordered didn't look that great. One of them looked slightly bent and the adhesive holding the other one seemed unevenly applied.

The sales reps were very friendly and helpful over the phone! Thank you so much! Every little thing was explained in detail- this was greatly appreciated since this was the first time I have had to place an order like this. I have bookmarked this site in order to place future orders!

It was simple and quick to find the design I wanted and needed. I was able to chat with a representative and received additional information that was helpful. I look forward to purchasing from CrownAwards again!
