The product was low quality and not of the standards to which I had hoped they would be. It may have been my fault for choosing "acrylic" but I didn't see higher quality options (crystal, glass, etc.). I had to throw them out..

The medals were perfect! Ordered 2018 wreath medals with 1st-4th place neck ribbons and breast cancer medals. Will definitely order from again.

So many variations to choose from! Like the "build your own trophy" option. The trophies arrived on time and are wonderful, especially for the price! They are perfect for our local "Haunted Business" decorating contest!

Chat a little slow but going well. My questions were answered and I paid for product Friday afternoon (late), rec'd email proof Monday morning and rec'd plaque Tuesday morning. Can't ask for more than that!

I found the website a bit less mobile friendly than would be ideal, which almost led my purchase elsewhere. However, after ordering from crown last season and being very happy with the product and the friendly customer service by phone, I ordered anyway. There are multiple features that I think the website could make minor changes to that would make the customer experience so much smoother. That said, the overall experience, including selection, quality, shipping time, pricing, and customer service do make up for the website shortcomings and I do plan to order from crown again in the future.

I wish there were a way for me to adjust the font size. The website states that you will make adjustments, however, I would've thought the writing would've been bigger considering their were 4 other lines not being used.

Ordering was easy, delivery was fast, the medals look great. My only complaint is that they were not engraved. I panicked for a minute until I saw the sticker labels with the "engravings" on them. So they're not actually engravings. It would have been nice to know that and to have some sort of instructions or note inside the package. But they were easy to put on, they feel secure and look quite nice.

Crown Awards are amazing. The variety of trophies is what I like best and the prices are great as well. I've always received my orders in a timely manner and I look forward to ordering even more awards soon.

I wished the rings on the medals automatically matched the medal colors. Also, on my engraving this time, they were cut a little bigger than the space give and one engravings was off the paper backing lacking some adhesive.

Loved the product! But would have appreciated directions on best way to secure picture! I thought photo that I inserted would be covered with glass or clear plastic! Any suggestions on securing photo? No directions in package. Thank you!

I've used Crown Awards for the past few years to purchase trophies for my son's Cub Scout Pack. The website makes it super easy to order what you want and the prices are very reasonable. Delivery is super fast!

Straightforward and very transparent process. The product arrived on schedule and as ordered. There were no errors and the engraving was crisp. Fulfilling expectations and creating an easy process that delights customers is a good way to do business.

The site was very easy to use enabling me to quickly find the category and select awards in my budgeted price range. Being able to customize each award with different feature points made my job easier. Picking the options and seeing the visual change to my selection gave perspective to the award trophy to make sure everything fit together.The reminder to double check the spelling on the trophy nameplates is a great feature. Plus being able to click and use spell check saves time too.

My only question is - the body of the trophy was described as 12 inches tall and the music note on top was 5 inches. I was under the impression that the total height would be around 17 inches. The body is only 6 inches tall, so the overall height (including the base) is approx. 12 inches rather than 17. I'm not certain if I misinterpreted the description, or if the order was incorrect. I tried calling to check on things yesterday but after being on hold for 10 min., I finally hung up.

Other than this, I am VERY satisfied with the trophy and speed of service. I'd appreciate an email or call to let me know the answer about the height. Thanks!

I have now used Crown for the second year in a row and am very happy with the product I can buy at the moment. I do see so many other items I would like and hopefully we will get enough funding to buy additional material.

I ordered a plaque for my Pastor's Anniversary and I must say that you all did a spectacular job. The plaque is beautiful and it arrived on time as promised. We have other church events coming up and I will definitely be ordering from you again.

I absolutely love how quick and easy the process was for ordering my product. The site was super easy to navigate and lets not talk about the delivery time frame. It felt like Jimmy Johns delivered it. It came so freaky fast I was a little afraid...lol they definitely have a repeat customer; I'm impressed.
