Very user friendly and easy to customize trophies/plates. Shipping is a bit costly, but you get what you pay for! Came in 2 days as gauranteed too! When my trophy arrived, I showed the other fantasy footballers in the house who gave a nice chuckle and asked to be in the league next year because of it. Will definitely return to crown awards.

I love purchasing from Crown Awards. This is my 3rd, 4th or 5th time purchasing trophies and Coaches plaques as I try to do it the fall of each coaching season. The selections are above par, prices are competitive and each year they keep adding more and that is why I keep coming back. Shipping is fast and convenient, I've never had a shipment come in with broken pieces but when I was missing or had an issue with the part of the trophy where the wording goes - they have sent me the correction overnight.

This was our first purchase from Crown Awards... Medals were awesome! The only issue I had was that we had to place the embroidered labels on each medal (with other vendors they was no assembly required)... For the cost I would have expected labels to be attached.

Aside from that, all is good?

Easy to navigate, not to mention the chat help pop-up that is there every 5 minutes or when you hesitate with scrolling. (It's still a plus for me.) Now I'm just waiting to recieve these trophies.

We ordered for our team and forgot about our split family house household that needed two trophies. When I called they were not able to add it to the current order as they were already being processed! However, they did order the last three trophies and waived the shipping costs! I ordered TX state medals that allow for custom artwork. The final result was a medal with a sticker of my artwork. My only concern is that the sticker will peel off as time goes by and this hot Texas sun dries out the glue. We'll see. Otherwise, the product is great. Very heavy duty medal, drape has the cardboard stiffener, looks very substantial. So overall I'm satisfied with the product. And it got here fast. Thanks Crown.

Quite frankly, I just couldn't believe it. I thought of this very last minute and didn't expect to get anything on time, let alone a few days earlier than when I need them. I just ordered and have not received the products yet, so can't tell for sure if the products will really arrive on time in satisfactory condition, but so far, the experience has been amazing.

This order replaces Order #: *******. My event date is Sept 14 in Las Vegas, however the system would not accept a date earlier than sept 29. If you cannot make this order by then, I would like to place an order of a different product. Maybe easier to manufacture.
