Shopping was fun to create personalized metals, site was easy. But will have to see the finished product.
1 metal ribbon hook was broke, had to glue it. Otherwise,they looked nice. Stickers looked kind of cheap. Quality of metals seemed cheap. But, for the price, it was nice, and it made everyone happy.

Always happy with their product and shipping is fast. The website is easy to use and has a great selection.

It was easy to shop and find what I needed. Shipping was ultra fast. Extra costs for engraving and shipping pushed the per piece price to a point that was not what we were expecting after seeing the initial price.

You guys are awesome! I have a tendency to forget to order my monthly awards in time to present them at the employee rally. You guys always get them to me in plenty of time. Lighting fast service! I love Crown awards they are the only company I will ever use.

I enjoy how easy it is to customize your engraving as well as the packaging when it arrives. The turn around is excellent as well, it has never taken more than a week to receive your order, usually a couple days which is amazing considering they have to engrave It first.

My products always arrive in time and in great shape. There was one instance where one of the stickers came off and they shipped it to me immediately and I still got it before the date of my team party.

I received the order very fast, approximately a week from when I place the order. However, two of the trophies had the wrong engraving plates on them. They put the longest drive the label on the putter trophy and the closest to the pin on the driver trophy.

I usually do not have an issue with the products but when I do, customer service it is quick to correct the matter and send the corrected trophies at no cost right away. That is why I recommend Crown.

Was easy to order. I was a little disappointed that I had asked about an additional nameplate. I asked it to be shipped with the original order so I would not have to pay additional shipping. But they shipped it separately and did charge me an additional shipping fee. Other than that everything went well.

Was awesome The order was taken and shipped with great accuracy. Unlike another order I placed 2 weeks earlier and STILL have not received from my regular supplier! Thanks for everything. Next year I will shop here FIRST

Looking for a last minute trophy for an Ugly Christmas Sweater Dinner and lucked up on this site. Inexpensive, and appears to be decent quality. I hope I'll receive it when estimated.

Love all the choices, website is very easy to use.
Did not like that I had to pay an extra $1.00 to get matching bases on two sizes of trophies. I picked the free white base on the 8" but on the 12" the black was free. It forced me to pay to have the black in the 8" so that all trophies would match.

Great experience from start to finish. The only problem was one of the awards had a letter that the ink had come off. I will request a replacement as it was a gift presented in front of a large group of people. It was the only award not in a plastic/protective sleeve inside the box.

We can always find what we are looking for at a very reasonable price.

Not bad I think I would like to see a better price for shipping. After I bought from you guys, I went to a local engraver and the same trophy is 2 dollars cheaper after the cost of shipping is added in.

I use Crown for all my youth football awards! The kids love them. On a personal level, I use them for my hardcore fantasy football leagues, and everyone loves them. Service is great. Turnaround is quicker than anyone else. Always go crown!

Best service ever. I had originally thought about doing a custom engraving and received a call about this immediately. They didn't try and force this on me as I didn't call back. Shipped in 2 days. Amazing!

One trophy seemed hastily and poorly assembled. The whole trophy leans to the left, the individual stacked parts are not centered and there are bent/damaged pieces. I've ordered many trophies and this is the first bad experience.

It was a great experience because I had so many options to choose from, the system is so easy to use and I had my order in two days. Buying from Crown Awards is one of the best decisions I've ever made.
