Crown Awards

Could not have had so much fun making these awards for my team. Easy to order and fun to have a wide variety to choose from. Have been with Crown Awards for 4 years and will continue to use them for our Chili Cook-offs... NFL Pigskin Pick'm Team and so on.

WOW! I am amazed not only at the price of the awards but the quality and the quick delivery time. It took less than 24hrs for me to get my custom made trophies (I did pay extra) but it was well worth it. I purchase awards often for my job and this will now be my go to!

The delivery was super fast! The trophy seemed kinda dirty with specks and stuff that wouldn't come off but I guess that's just how it was made. Overall, it was pretty awesome though. Our league champion picked the trophy out and he loved it so that's all that matters!

We have used Crown Awards for the last 7-8 years for our annual employee awards. The Crown web site is easy to navigate and customize our awards. The pricing is comparable to other sites. The quality and speed of delivery is excellent.

Unable to order extra.6 X 3.75 engraving plates online. Tried to call in order but will attempt to email my order. I am hearing impaired & was not able to understand the operators. Will attempt to email customer service to place order. Need these with the rest of my order.

Easy to build our own award. When we received our plaque, it was packed very well. The plaque is beautiful and I was very impressed with the item. It arrived in a very timely manner and was packed very well. The box I purchased was also very nice.

I just wish I could duplicate previous orders and just change the name plates rather than starting from scratch each time. I often forget how I built my previous trophies and putting the item # in search doens't bring it up.

Your service and customer care is excellent,it was a relief to deal with a company that knows how to satisfy.this is a plaque to honor my father, buried with full military honors, to put on his casket flag case. Thank you!

Easy to customize order and helpful chat representatives. The products were very well made and durable. Shipping to Hawaii was very costly for me to get it in time - $75. Next time I will order early for discounted or free shipping to receive it in time for our next event.

When I called with a problem on my shipment that required replacement (4 out of 7 tops were crooked), I was told I'd get a return call, because no one who could help me with that was available. No call back. The next day, I called and reiterated the problem: the person was going to send new trophies and wanted me to peel off the personalized labels on the old ones to re-apply to the new ones. I couldn't easily get them off. She then took the information to send the personalized new trophies. An hour or two later, I received an email from customer service suggesting that I could "easily" shift the crooked tops of the trophies myself. I couldn't. I am still expecting/hoping to get appropriate trophies, on time.

This was my first time using your site. I was pleased with the completed product. Delivery was on time. I found that my order was a great value. I intend to use you again if I need to order a similar product.

It was easy to use this site, I am happy with the results of the awards that I received. If I have another idea in mind I will use crown awards again. The turnaround time was fast as well, the printing was great as well I did send a logo I used crown awards logo and it looks great

The medals were great. The turnaround time is superb. They were custom made and were much cheaper than buying them locally

For the price and the delivery time, you can't beat it. The trophies look great and what we order for the price we thought they might look cheap but we were pleasantly surprised. They are of high quality and grade. Thank you for going above and beyond.

I just received my order, these Awards look great. I will hope the recipients like them as much as I do.

Overall, the experience is good. However, this is the second order that the topper of the trophy has been very crooked. The first order, we were not able to fix. This most recent order, I was able to fix it. I don't feel we should have to "fix" the order upon receipt.

I think it was very nice. The online help was great. The only issue that I had was you worked so fast that by the time I noticed a mistake you had already printed the engraving sheets. Otherwise I am very very satisfied with your service

The medals look good. On the site, I ordered engraving on the medals and was under the impression that the medals would be engraved, like a traditional engraving. I was surprised to learn that engraving meant a sticker that I would have to add on myself. Seems a little misleading, a better explanation on the website would have reduced any sort of confusion.

I am glad I ordered in advance so I would have the time to add the stickers. The sticker engraving does look nice overall and fits perfectly, so it is an easy task to complete.

I was very satisfied with the level of service and quality of the medals that I orders. I would definitely use Crown Awards again.
