Chose an item I thought would be "ok"...turned out it was far beyond my expectations in quality, the engraving was perfect and the delivery was exceptionally fast... awesome experience!

This is the second year that we have used Crown Awards to recognize the best accounting students among seven colleges in the Mid-Hudson Chapter of the NY State Society of CPAs. Crown's ability to custom engrave multiple awards and turn them around quickly will keep us coming back!

I was happy with the shipping time. Not so much of the quality of the product. After I placed my order, I contacted customer service to ask about format of the etching. They assured me that the names I had requested would be formatted to fit (make larger) the available space. The order site also made it seem that the image selected was larger as well but it was quite small compared to what was advertised.

I can't begin to tell you how much I absolutely love Crown. The product selection is incredible, the prices and minimums are affordable, and they even have disc golf listed as a sport, which is a rarity!

I received my order in a couple of days and I was completely satisfied. I love the artwork on it and the crystal award is heavy. It's very beautiful! I would definitely recommend this business to everyone!

I made a few mistakes when I ordered my trophies with custom artwork. Crown responded to me within an hour to say that I needed to submit my artwork and still got the trophies to me on time, and at a great price. They always go above and beyond for me. I needed extra placards for an order earlier this year and again they took care of everything. Can't recommend Crown enough. Thanks specifically to Angela and Jacqueline for their help during my most recent order snafu.

I have ordered often from Crown and have always been satisfied that I was getting what was advertised. This time, however, I feel somewhat disappointed. I order medals for my sailing team which were advertised as having "personalized engraving" on the back. The medals themselves were not engraved. The personalized part was on a sticker which I had to affix to the medal myself. Looks cheap.

The service I have found at Crown Awards is incomparable. It is so easy to navigate the website, and I am amazed at the turnaround time in getting my order. It was literally within 2 days, and that's a personalized order! I will continue to use Crown Awards and sing their praises!

While the price is good, and the quality is usually good; this time my order was wrong. They sent the plates for my plaque in silver instead of gold (as I ordered them). I am currently waiting to hear back from the company on what they will do to remedy the situation.

We ordered golf themed bottle opener medals for a company outing as a winning team award. The speed with which the company fulfilled our order was astonishing! It was a little confusing regarding engraving, as it wasn't clear the this was a separate stick-on part, but the print was perfect, everything fit and the ribbons were already attached for us. Their customer service was very responsive, too. All in all, I would recommend Crown Awards.

I needed quick turnaround on two staff awards for employees who really went above and beyond in their department. Crown Awards delivered quickly and the awards are amazing.

I have ordered for years, with a history of same trophy. Yet I order online and put -insert logo,
And They type Insert logo on the trophy and will not get me a refund. I also sent an email to CS right after the order, with a picture of what I needed. No help when I called in. All same day, and no changes no refund. You have lost a great customer!

I ordered my engraved trophies and receive them the very next day using simple ground shipping. How did they do that!? I really like the quality of these trophies (and plaque). For the price I didn't expect them to be this nice:-)

Crown provides an excellent service for coaches or groups looking to award team performance in a variety of sports and scholastic endeavors. The prices are very reasonable - with free engraving, the products are high quality, the service is excellent, and there is a quick turnaround. My yearly Breeders Cup Contest was a blast and every year I give out 3 trophies. The big trophies hold the winners for the last 17 years. My friends love getting a trophy if they win and I give out a horses $#*! trophy to the last place finisher. And 3 years ago I started giving out a trophy just for the ladies and the lady with the highest score gets the filly trophy.

Delivered as described on website. Looks just like it did in pictures on website including engraving. This is second time using this site and they are by far the fastest at getting the product in your hands. I reside in Massachusetts and received it in 2 day.

The awards arrived bubble wrapped and very quickly. A day early. The price was right for our budget. We also love the fact we could customize the awards with our logo. Ordering was a very easy process online.

I have ordered from this company on several occasions and their products are of very good quality. I ordered the new water bottle item in black with my personalized caption. It had a very good weight to it and it was larger than you normal water/beverage bottle. My employee of the year loved it!
