Good selection. Fairly easy order process. Fast shipping and free over $100. Shipping box was smashed and ripped open, but luckily all contents were well wrapped to prevent damage.

I have been ordering trophies and medals from Crown Awards for several years. This year I made an error on my order and left off 2 of the trophies that were going to be awarded. When I went to check out I felt the shipping costs were too much to justify having the trophies on time so I opted for the cheapest knowing the trophies would arrive after the event. HOWEVER, Crown shipped my order and it miraculously arrived BEFORE the event and I had all trophies on time. I am very grateful to the company and their excellent customer service.

These glasses were etched very well and came in quite quickly. I was impressed with the quality. My only thing I didn't like was the Stemless wine glass was VERY small, I ordered the 9oz which I thought would be larger, but it isn't.

The medals arrived quickly and well-made. I incorrectly ordered the wording to be a separate sticker instead of an engraving, but that is my fault.

Received order in a timely manner and they look great. However each clasped on the back had to be repaired because they were all bent flat. But I was able to repair easily.
