Crown Awards

I needed these awards done in a timely fashion. I saw this business on the internet so I decided to us them for this special occasion. I first spoke with someone on chat. I thought I had specified my order perfectly. I waited for over two weeks and nothing. So I called the first time. The person I spoke with assured me that the order would be done and sent out in a few days. Told me I would get a call from the artist. I waited, and waited, and waited and nothing. I called back and again, was told they were supposed to have contacted me with the artwork for my ok. I thought, well, must be hard with all that was going on, so I said I will email with a picture. You think they would get it right, right? Wrong, third call and was told they didn't have the order and could I please send them my artwork again. Another two calls and a month and a 1/2 later, I finally got the order. Wrong size. A $79.00 bill with a useless product. Very disappointed. I was able to find a shop in my local city and they got it right, the first time. I will be doing business with them again. As for these people, stay as far away as possible!. They don't care about customers as with the 5 calls it took and 3 emails and still got the order wrong. Really?

From placing my custom order until arrival at my door was a mere 48 hours. Arrived well wrapped and just as good a quality as I had hoped for.

For the 2nd time, I paid expedited shipping and did not get my order in time. When I called customer service, they basically blamed FedEx and said it wasn't their fault! If you have plenty of time to receive an order, no worries they do great. If you need it in a timely manner or pay expedited shipping, I'm warning you, they will break hearts. We had an all star game and 3 point shot contest last night. Order was supposed to arrive between 10:30 and 1:00. Shame on me for waiting last minute but I figured if I paid 74.00 for expedited shipping I would get the awards on time as promised. Didn't happen. Again, if you order a month out, they do fine. I have lost all faith in them to expedite anything. We did a ton of business with Crown, that will go away. To see the kids reaction when you tell them their awards didn't come? I don't wish that on any youth sports operator. Buyer beware if you need anything in a week. This company simply can't execute consistently. Second time it's happened. Check out epic sports or hasty awards if you need it right away.

Poor quality was plastic and paid top money. Also was not sent what I ordered. This company lied to me and would not make good on there service.
