I find your site very user-friendly, especially now that I have used it before. It is a bit overwhelming the 1st time b/c of all the choices, but you do take one step-by-step thru the process with simplicity.

I was disappointed in your product for the first time since working with your company. All the medals were cut very sloppily and all have rough edges and are not smooth and round. I would prefer that you take another day and properly cut them. Quality is a step down from last year.

Perfect for an 8 yr old that went above to help her Grandma in a health crisis. Was easy to order and arrived in 2 days!

Very good website...easy to navigate and order what you want. Prices reasonable and quality of product is very good. I have an issue with the golf putter and ball that is laser cut in glass...the base that contains a light to go under does not fit the glass piece. Perhaps send another that fits?

Your prices are very reasonable. But the quality was just so-so. Many of the medals are badly scratched and cannot be used.

Also, you should somehow make it more clear that metals are not engraved and come with a sticker that one must put on.

I have used another online trophy company and the medals were engraved.

It has been really easy to order. I wish there was a way to oder through P.O. Online. I am ordering on behalf of our school so our P.O. Process is a bit different than other companies/organizations that use P.O.'s

The product selection is great with lots of professional looking options. I was especially impressed with the selection of crystal paperweights. I also appreciate being able to purchase just one custom order.
Excellent customer service and very quick shipping! I had to request a couple of changes and the turnaround for a new proof was very fast.

Quick & Easy - great online help. Absolutely love the award I ordered. It was packed really well, the only complaint is the delivery by UPS for a package marked fragile they just left it sitting outside, never rang the bell. I think Crown should require a signature on delivery. Again the award is beautiful, would definitely use you again!

Cheaper than I expected, tons of options, no extra cost for a different name on each product. The only problem was how long shipping will take. I read that it was next day, but when I went to check out, next day would cost an extra $40.

Found the site through google search engine. Called to confirm specs and features and instantly got a hold of a customer service agent who assisted me very quickly and thoroughly. Great site. Great Customer Service. Exactly what my Fantasy Football League was looking for. No improvements needed.

With a tight schedule and tight budget, our awards order surpassed our expectations. Excellent customer service when we need to order an extra award, and simple to use online ordering. I will be sure to pass all of the contact information along for next year's awards needs.

I'm a regular customer of buying trophies for the past 3 years at least twice a year. When I raised a concern about the high shipping costs, they were kind enough to reply back saying that they would refund half the amount of shipping rate. I'm happy with the customer service.

For future purchases, I would make an order through phone instead.

3 of the figures were broken. I was able to glue them back together with no issue. I understand its a risk you take when you are dealing with online sales and delivery drivers. Other than that I am extremely happy with my order. The trophy are huge and beautiful.

It was fairly easy to customize, but for the medals it was hard to know just what mine would look like and there was no guarantee that if I am not satisfied it will be redone... Also, after I made the crystal award I noticed a spelling error, and emailed to try to fix it, but no luck. If there were some way we could go back in shortly after placing the order and re-edit would be helpful to us not always perfect the first time people.

Once you figure out how to "create" your award, it's easy to order, pay, ship and receive. We are thrilled at how beautiful they look.

Only negative thing: If you are out of stock, please take picture off main page. There is a beautiful all silver volleyball trophy of a jumping player that I wanted to get but every time I clicked on it, it took me back to the main page for volleyball trophies.

I've ordered awards, ribbons, and name plates for several years for our nonprofit agricultural club. This is the fastest I have received an order, not to mention paying a fair price for the shipping and receiving a quality product!
