Website is easy to use, delivery is super fast and 100% accuracy on engraving and order. I had one issue with shipping cost that customer service worked out.

I have ordered from here before, it is easy to use the site especially if you are not using a logo. The turn around time is quick, which is great for last minute purchases.

The two trophies delivered whole were great. One trophy arrived broken. They are taking steps to remedy this - and if my new trophy arrives before my event date - I will update to FIVE stars.

I ordered these for a family fun night. Everyone was so surprised when we had trophies at the end of the evening. Good quality for the price, easy to order delivered on time.

Speedy delivery however disappointed with the engraving detail and not being able to order the light up bases since you were out of stock. Would've enhanced the crystal. Other than they were good.

Website design so easy to use; lots of choices, colors and designs - a few clicks and all done! I had no need to contact customer service; everything I needed was at my fingertips.

Crystal trophies look very nice when lit but as a standalone the engraving is very light and hard to see. Other than that, i love the products and service provided by crown awards!
