Easy to navigate. It would be nice if there were more Pinewood Derby options without the Cub Scout logo on them. We do not "Powder Puff" (my girls are insulted by that), however, we Pinewood Derby.

Second time using it and I love the variety and affordability. Plus the awards looks amazing and my students just loved them last year. They put a big smile on everyone at the end of my recital!

They have a large selection of products, at great prices, and an easy to use web site. The engraving on the plate was a nice added touch. The product quality is excellent, and the order shipped fast.

Initially ordered 2 acrylics, rcvd them and 1 was wrong. Phnd customer srvc, msgd forwarded but not acknowledgement for nearly 24hrs then told cust srvc closed for weekend. Sat morn rcvd email asking if i was contacted yet...i was not. Then i rcvd another email stating corrected order put in. Just seemed that quality failed at time of production as all my info for the award was correct in system. Then failed communication to cust srvc. I felt as if these were not inspected as should have been against what was ordered to prevent my customer aggrevation. Thank u for correcting and shipping quickly to me.

Crown Awards is very easy to shop and has a huge variety of trophies and medals from which to choose. They arrived in a day or 2 and are carefully packed to prevent damage. Great shopping experience.

Our customized logo came out perfectly. Very happy with how you handled that. The award itself (not the customized part) wasn't quite as nice as I had hoped--with a couple of noticeable blemishes.

Pretty easy. Maybe too many choices, but it was simple enough. I like that the cart remembers all the customizations because I had to leave the screen for a minute and come back.

OUR CHILDREN'S CHURCH HAD AN END OF THE SUMMER OLYMPIC GAMES WHERE THEY COMPETED IN BIBLE THEMED GAMES. THE ADULTS HAD JUST AS MUCH FUN AS THE KIDS. I MADE SURE EACH CHILD GOT A MEDAL IN SOMETHING. THEY FELT LIKE REAL OLYMPIANS WHEN THEY RECEIVED THEIR MEDALS. EVEN TOOK A PICTURE OF THEM BITING THEIR MEDALS LIKE THE REAL ATHLETES DO. WE WILL BE REORDERING WHEN WE DO ANOTHER EVENT IN THE WINTER.

I ordered from Crown Awards, the website is easy to use and the customer service is great my package arrived on time, I love the dog tag keychains that I brought and will definitely make future purchases.

I have never had a problem before and I hope this can be fixed. Several of the reading medals are upside down. Not really a good idea to give a student an award from a teacher that is upside down.

So far so good we will wait to see final product as this is the first time I am purchasing from this company
I received the trophies and I am very pleased with the the product I particularly like the iconic football trophy it feels and looks great and I was very surprised at how fast everything came due to the fact that they all had Individual text on each trophy

Initially thought they were not engraved but then realized I needed to stick on the tabs to the back of the medal. Would order again. Fast, easy process.
