If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I had placed my order on a Thursday and was expecting delivery by that Sunday. Well when I didn't receive my package by Monday night I called Fedex to track my package which I found out they basically lost my package. I frantically called Crown Awards and explained what happened and within minutes they ensured me that I would have it reshipped and delivered in two days as our end of season party is this Saturday.

Crown Awards has great products, great pricing and an amazing customer service team. I'm so happy that they were able to fix my problem that Fedex lost the package and would have my replacement asap. I will have a bunch of happy kids on our last game day.

My son broke all of my high school trophies when he was little, so I ordered 3 to replace them. That might sound like a silly thing to do after all these years, but I was proud of my high school achievements. Thank you, Crown for making replicas for me. They're very well done, the price was affordable and shipping was fast.

Crown Awards did great work!

My Grandpa passed away in January and my family rebuilt his favorite deer hunting stand in northern Michigan in his memory! The plaque I ordered will be hanging inside the stand for us to admire and reflect on when we deer hunt.

I provided my own custom artwork and the company cleaned up the edges and made it look crisp on the plaque.

There was a quick turnaround and a nice finished product.

I ordered 14 of the marble, engraved paper weights. They turned out so beautifully. They arrived SO FAST! They were well packaged to prevent breakage. I absolutely loved them. I WILL order more. Thank you Crown awards for doing a great job on them. They are perfect!

We always wait til the last minute to order medals for the soccer team :( Crown Awards has great products the kids LOVE, great support online and great prices.

I suppose having us stick the nameplates on the trophies is a way they cut costs. It is easy enough to do.

When my wife died, I submitted a testimonial to her for a plaque. Crown Awards made up a nice one at a reasonable price. Then when the back piece that allows it to stand was moving, which I don't think was entirely their fault, although the back piece could not be separated and replaced, they provided an entirely new plaque for me at no charge.

The only thing I would like to see is a very very slight widening of the screw holes for the perpetual trophy name plates. I have not gotten a size yet that has matched exactly but maybe I'm ordering the wrong size? Otherwise, everyone loves them!

My husband and I have ordered many items from this website. We have always received our orders in a timely fashion and they have always met our standards or exceeded them. I need to order trophies for my son's team and I didn't get the order until Wednesday. I placed the order using UPS ground, (free shipping) and was given Friday as the guaranteed delivery date. I was still skeptical but was still hoping I get it on time because the team's party is on Saturday. Lo and behold, the item was delivered on Friday, 11.00 a.m. I'm so impressed and will definitely use their company again.

I brought this for my nursing boss for nurse appreciation week coming up in May. Making the design was easy and fun, crown awards had the most choices for design than any other site. The price was great and I recieved my order just couple days after placing the order. Will definitely return when I need another custom award.

I am thrilled with the results of my trophy purchase. It is much sturdier, heavier, and of higher quality than I expected for the price. I was really taken by surprise. I would highly recommend this company for their product and quick service. From purchase to door was only a couple of days. I wanted to add a photo, but this form won't let me submit it from my iPhone.

Nice piece! If your looking for a US based company, I just bought fiesta medals for our event from http://fiestamedal.net/ the medals came out beautiful, a lot of attention to details, and the staff was great to work with, very fast to respond. I'll try making one on my next project.

This site is amazing for awards....as a pageant director I ordered my trophies from here shipping was so fast got orders sooner then they projected... My crystal awards were so pretty....prices were GREAT.....if your school or team needs trophies, ribbons or even work plaques I would highly recommend this site....oh and costumer service outstanding.......
