I got a shipment with the wrong item, and they wanted to pay for the postage to get the right item. Customer rep was very rude. I will never purchase from them again.

My trophies look awesome! They also were delivered a day earlier. My league thought the trophies look Really nice. This is our 3rd year with Crown awards, we're very satisfied with your service.

I liked the website, it was really easy to use and there were a lot of options. But I didn't receive the blank plates that were suppose to be included with the perpetual plaque I ordered.
