Your web site was flashing clutching on every screen, and I kept thinking I would lose my order. I appreciate your prices yes, I would have order two or even three had the engraving per line not be extra cost and if there were auto applied discount for more than one.

After receiving my order: The rustic look isn't my favorite and I didn't see that detail in the description. Also, the finish on the trophies was incomplete. But the girls were happy to receive them so I suppose that's what really matters.

I came here to look for trophies for our upcoming Blue and Gold Banquet. I found great, inexpensive options, but I had a few questions, which were answered via live chat in a friendly and courteous manner. When I received the actual trophies (a day earlier than promised), I was very impressed. We will definitely be ordering again!

Its nice to be able to review the engraving in an easier manner this year! I did have a couple of trophies that had "issues". I was called today and am confident I will receive the replacements we discussed in time. Thank you!

The medals are cute. The backs don't come engraved. However, they include engraved plastic name plates that stick to the back. Not a bad deal for the dollars. Wish shipping was free but it was pretty quick. I'd purchase from Crown Awards again.

A bit confusing trying to order last item, it showed up twice and I noticed it and had to start all over on checkout instead of continuing where I was at. But the medals and delivery were first rate, probably my inexperience caused the mix-up in ordering.

If I say I don't need help stop interrupting my order. Also, your ad should state that crystals are exempt from free shipping; not sure why since they are considered trophies. Seems a bit of false advertising and I feel I wasted about 30 minutes of my lunch break trying to order from you.

Crown Awards are awesome. I have been ordering from them since 2010. I am very loyal to this company and will not use any other one for any of my awards. Others have truly enjoyed receiving the awards and that is what it is all about to put a smile on some ones face!

The merchandise is always beautiful. Unfortunately, I ordered a plaque that should have been here in plenty of time, but do to bad weather up North, we did not receive our plaque in time for a retirement party.

A couple of my trophy bases were chipped (and they are black so very noticeable). That said, this is probably the 4th year I have ordered all my awards and Crown does a great job usually on quality and value and selection.

My overall experience with Crown was fantastic. The website made it easy to design the plaque and we received the finished product even faster than expected. I will definitely consider Crown Awards for any needs I have like this in the future!

You guys rock! I ordered my trophies about a month and a half in advance and I received them in 4 or 5 calendar days. The order was correct including the engraving and it was packed like you were shipping nitro glycerine. I had no idea you could fit so much bubble wrap in a box that size! I took a flyer on you several years ago on a random internet search and you have exceeded my expectations every time. I just might have to make up more occasions to give out trophies just so I can have the pleasure of doing business with you more than once a year! Keep doing what you are doing, it works!

Customer Friendly operating system to place orders. I was emailed with a follow up the day after I placed the Items in our cart. Confirmation phone call to make sure everything was correct. We ordered on Saturday night and received them Thursday! We will definitely use Crown Awards with future orders. I have already shared my experience with the other Team mom's in our association!

Still can't believe I placed my order in the morning and by early afternoon it was shipped! Engraving looks great and exactly what I ordered. Will recommend to all the other schools and tournament directors. Awesome job, keep up the good work!

I love the variety of options that we had to choose from when designing our trophy. I was also very pleased with the prices for them as well. We will definitely be using this site again next year when we need another trophy. The only thing that was a little shocking was the shipping fee, it cost more than the actual product. But that still didn't deter us from ordering.

Amazing easy and huge selection love it! Very fast shipping to Canada and no issues with customs etc. We had an event where we needed our trophies/medals quickly and I was completely impressed by how easy, reasonably priced and fast Crown was, with excellent tracking and customer service.
