Product was as described. Process is very easy to use. Product arrived on estimated date of arrival.

Always have what I am looking for and reasonable prices. Only complaint is that there was a problem this time with my 20" trophy being in pieces, however you always make it right if there is a problem.

Clock is perfect. No directions were provided for setting clock. Item was delivered as scheduled. Great job.

Nary a glitch. They gave me multiple chances to edit the inscriptions on the awards I ordered.

Very please with the service. My trophy had a scar on it when it arrived. My award program is Saturday, August 26 and there is not time for a replacement.

Hopefully it can be replaced later.

Only thing that would limit my future orders would be shipping prices, but I get competing with the jungle giant is impossible. Keep up the awesome work, I'll be using you guys for a lot in the future.

The overall experience was excellent. I was able to order trophies and get free delivery relatively quick. With that's said if I had chosen the option to expedite delivery even more the shipping cost were reasonable unlike another trophy website. I will definitely make this site my go to trophy destination.

Ordering time to shipment delivery date was very fast, however the item I received should have never been allowed to leave their facility as it was broken and looks as if someone tried to glue it back together.

I have ordered several times from Crown Awards and have always been able to use the website for easy selection and ordering. This is the first time in the last 3 years that I have had a problem with my order. One of the tops of the trophies came broke. We were able to fix it with super glue and it looked fine. I will still use this company for future orders.

My dad rides in the pan-mass challenge and raises money for the Dana Farber Cancer Institute. For the past 2 years I have purchased a medal to give him from my children. Crown Awards has always had what I needed and it is delivered promptly.

The medals I ordered were true to form from the picture posted on Crown Awards website. I might add that they are a great quality and I am pleased with the product. Shipping was even sooner than projected, which in this case is a PLUS! I will certainly purchase from CA again!

So far the experience has been great! It was super easy to get a trophy made for my son since his team did not give any out this season. Gave the 'overall price' a 4 star due to the price of shipping not the product price that would have been a 5. Shipping should be cheaper.

I absolutely loved the final finished product that I received. I was a little nervous because I had to make a last minute change after submitting my order but they looked great! On a Wednesday afternoon I ordered 9 diverse items with costs from $8 to $80, all with engraving and different names. The entire order shopped up intact and every name accurate on Thursday around 5pm. Simply amazing!
