Easy ordering. Customer service has been incredible with my questions since I was not familiar with this company. I bought a sample originally to see the quality myself. I made a mistake on the original order, but Alyssa in customer sercice was excellent in providing an easy solution. She not only rectified my mistake, she offered to assist me on my larger second order for the same items. I was concerned with the engraving originally, but I am very happy with what I have received. Orders 2 and 3 were placed yesterday and should arrive soon!

I felt that I was misled by the word "engraving" when I ordered. Upon delivery I realized that the "engraving" was an adhesive plastic sticker. This was not what I expected. I was satisfied with the cost

Everything arrived quickly. The package was ripped and bent and a couple medals were scratched as a result. I suppose the handling of the package is the responsibility of the carrier and not the sender.
