We have ordered two trophies for annual fundraisers - they were extremely reasonably priced, look great and ships very quickly - we had our trophy in just a few days! Online experience is user friendly so you can get just the look you want for your award. We will definitely be back again!

I ordered three trophies for my nonprofit's annual meeting on a deadline. Not only were the awards cheaper than the competition (by about $100 each) but the awards came within 2 days of my approving the proof. Definitely recommend, and will be using them again next year!

They don't notify you that something is out of stock until you have gone through the entire process! Then, it doesn't really say what part is not in stock. I tried many combinations and gave up after about 20 or more tries! Don't bother! This is a serious waste of time.

Realized Monday afternoon no one had ordered medals for our upcoming ski race. I went to Crown's website which is extremely user friendly. I ordered all the medals we needed and selected overnight shipping. They arrived on time the next day and I'm very happy with the product! Thank you Crown!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I was a first time customer, ordered my trophies (around 40 pieces) on a Wednesday afternoon and by Thursday morning they were on my front door step. The quality was perfect! I will definitely be ordering from them again. The staff was super helpful and very friendly on the phone too. All around pleasant experience. Good quality, fast shipping, easy website to use and create your own metals or trophies. Prices can be high but every now and then reasonable. Shipping is way too costly but no other option.

He did his first drag race and win, Barberton speedway stopped given away trophies so I wanted to get him one. The processes to order was easy. I did think the engraving would already be in the metals. That's new for me.
Over all metal are nice and got it in a timely matter.

Crown Awards has a plethora of choices when it comes to awards. I use them for our Cub Scout Pack awards each year. Additionally, for those of you who may do things last minute due to a busy schedule (like me), they have a fast turn around times on production and delivery. I have never been disappointed!

Ordering a plaque online can be daunting as far as not knowing exactly what it will actually look like. The website is so easy and user friendly. When the award came we were all blown away with the quality and attention to detail. It is more than we ever expected!

I have placed several orders over several years for everything from Little League Football to awards within our organization. Each award has arrived within the time it was promised and the quality has always been great. The proof options while placing on line orders is very helpful. Only draw back might be that the custom images are smaller than I would like on some awards.
Overall, I am very happy and satisfied with all orders I have placed.

Order awards for an event and paid for guaranteed delivery. The awards did not come on Friday and there was no way to reach a live person on their customer service line. The event went off as planned, but now I have to delivery the awards to those I will receive them around town. When I got with Crown Awards today, all I got was "Sorry UPS should have delivered them". Yeah that level of customer service doesn't work for me. I will go with a local source for my next event and would encourage others to do the same!

Although the quality of the actual medal was excellent, verify ACTUAL color of neck ribbon. Black / gold looks like black/orange. When ordering, the pic did not look orange, but my entire staff and I agree the order received is definitely pumpkin orange. Not a single person thought it looked gold at all. Rep told me "our gold does kind of look orange. You should have ordered yellow if want more of a gold color". She had me send a pic and responded, "Yes, that is our gold. Our orange looks like this..." and sent me a pic of their dark, burnt orange ribbon. Definitely, does not match the color scheme of our event. I will have to purchase new ribbons locally and fix myself.

I needed 4 retirement awards at sort notice and found Crown Awards online. While I was looking around, the chat person came on and assisted me with picking out awards. Immediately she had a sales rep phone me to take my order. Within 30 minutes, I received an email from the engraving department with instructions on how to designate the desired engraving. 1 hour after finding the website, my order was complete. The product arrived in 6 days and the crystal awards are absolutely beautiful and the engraving all correct.

I let an event that I needed several custom awards for sneak up on me. I was able to put in an order on a Monday and have the Awards here by Friday. Total of over 25 awards. AMAZING. And they look great!
