Crown Awards

I had multiple errors on the order. We have used Crown and have not had trouble... but with all these errors I am not sure we will continue. We ended up going to a local place and getting correct trophies with correct labels. Very disappointed

The fedex driver and packger is always kind and a long term best friend guy i always knew. He was direct and really scans your stuff and greets you under 3 minutes and really does take off like a bad out of hell.

I'm very disappointed in the outcome of this trophy.l didn't think the picture on the website came out so different in reality. I want to return the trophy

I've used Crown for awards for events as president of our local Merchants Association and now Kiwanis Club. They have always delivered in a very timely manner and for what seem to be very competitive prices.

We requested awards and medals for our Team Meeting. I ordered them on a Wednesday and the order arrived by the next Monday! Products and printing are just what we ordered.

I ordered one trophy and needed it delivered the following day. I paid for UPS overnight and received my product on time. The trophy was not as pictured but, the engraving was perfect and the trophy will serve its purpose. I am disappointed in the look of it.

I ordered a single trophy from Crown Awards on a Monday and paid a little extra for it to arrive on Thursday for a trip I was leaving on the following Monday. The trophy arrived on time however it was broken when I took it out of the box. I called customer service Thursday night and explained the situation and that I needed the trophy for the trip I was leaving for on Monday morning. They said they would look into it and see if they could produce the trophy Friday and get it to me by Saturday (oh by the way, I was going to be at a different location than my original shipping address and they were more than happy to ship it there!). They called me Friday morning and confirmed they would be able to do this and confirmed the date. Lo and behold on Saturday afternoon I received my new trophy! This customer service just blew my mind that they would reproduce then overnight me my trophy. Truly an excellent experience and I will definitely be using them again!

I found myself behind the 8-ball and needed 15 "somethings" for a season-ending kids' racquetball party in six days. The star trophies I selected are such nice quality, a great price, and after ordering them Monday morning, I had them on Wednesday afternoon. Now I will be a hero on Sunday, and it's all thanks to Crown Awards!

Ordered a ballet shoes trophy for school project (prop) and for $3.98 it is very well made! The base is marble and heavy with a nice engraved plate. The ballet shoes are plastic, yet quite sturdy and nice-looking!

Thank you for the medal I bought and your customer service. I appreciate that you gave me 2 custom printed add ons to the medal for the inscription. The ad showed a black one; I liked the gold color one you gave me! I appreciate the extra level of thoughtfulness.

This company is professional, super super super super did I mention super customer service and timely responses! I made a custom order and received it the very next day, after I was told by other companies I could not get my sculpture delivered until 5-7 business days.
