I think the shipping charge is too high. The shipping cost were the same price as the trophy. With that said product and service were good.

The image on the web site led me to believe the engraving would be done in LANDSCAPE ORIENTATION, rather than the PORTRAIT ORIENTATION that was delivered to me.
