Had a little bit of trouble locating the item I needed- but once I did, the rest was easy. The order arrived in a timely fashion, and was packaged well. These plaques were perfect for the event we were hosting. Thank you so much!

I received the award plaque I ordered - within 3 days - love it - was not expensive- BUT looks like it was.

My order was placed on Saturday and received the following Wednesday. I was very happy to receive the order in such a short amount of time right in time for our event.

Definitely love Crown Awards and will continue to place orders with them for future events.

This site is easy to use and makes things easy for the user. The only complaint would be they promote free shipping on orders over $100 with no disclaimer on the site or catalog until you go to check out and see the exception. Not very nice.

I called Angela in customer service (she was very nice) to ask about production times and lead times. I could not see a ship date or an estimated delivery date. ( I didn't know that information came later)

We received the metals as promised. Very happy. I was surprised to see that we had to apply the sticker to each metal. (I thought this would be done by Crown) but no biggy. I'm only glad we didn't order 300!

CrownAwards is awesome. I've told plenty of friends about the great products. The family reunions have been so more exciting with the different things we bring during the years. I've been purchasing from this site since 2011. I've never been disappointed with anything. I know the mirror ball trophies will be a hit. We're having an old school party for this reunion.

I have been using Crown for over 30 years and have never had a problem until this time. The trophies came with the wrong figurines (baseball instead of basketball. Customer service jumped right on it and got it straight. The prices are very competitive, the customer service is good and the delivery times are great.

This is the third time I have ordered with Crown. The previous times everything has always been delivered exactly as built and seen on the site. The building tools are user friendly and I feel priced well.

The back, bottom corner of the trophy I ordered arrived chipped. It's not significant enough to deal with returning and replacing but it is noticeable. If it had been on the front corner it would be different.

Extremely fast, was impressed by how quickly the products arrived. A little disappointed that the engraving comes on a piece of plastic that you manually peel off and put onto the medallions, other than that it's fine!

The trophies are really good and much better than the photos in the website. They exceeded my expectations. The delivery was also very quick, again earlier than expected.

I still have not opened everything and counted them.

I always use Crown Awards for our archery club trophies and plaques. It's an easy website to navigate and order from. And Crown has quick turnaround times, we usually receive our orders within three to four days.

Our special athletes all want to win gold medals at an event. We all know that is not possible, so we make sure that at our local meet, everyone goes home with a gold medal. They love it and so do we and Crown Awards makes that possible. Great medals and ribbons! Always correct orders and fast delivery. Everyone is happy! Love the live chat section during business hours. Shipping was fast. Item was accurate. Only thing was that plaque was placed slightly crookedly on one of the trophies. It isnt noticeable unless you look close at it and not really noticeable otherwise and from a distant view. So it isnt too bad. However it would be nice if i could receive another one free of charge to be completely satisfied. Thank you!

Crown Awards was an easy company to work with. The template provided for us to use for our custom artwork was simple and easy to understand. I was amazed at how quickly we received our order! I approved the proof at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday and we had the finished product in our hands 2 days later on Thursday morning! We are a very satisfied customer.

I chatted with a customer service person this morning. She was able to answer most of my questions and was very responsive. You guys were the quickest to get back to us and why I chose you. I could have sworn it said free shipping somewhere but ended up paying $12 which isn't terrible.

The product just wasn't what I was expecting. For the price I was expecting more than a sticker on a medal. Also likely my fault for not reading the description more carefully.

I ordered a last minute award and paid for expedited delivery. I have no regrets. Delivery was exactly as stated when ordering. I am pleased.

Love how you display each trophy as it will look finished. That was such a big help in my decision on what award to choose. The preparation and shipping time for the trophies was unbelievable, faster than anyone else I checked with. They are beautiful, the presentation boxes they came in are very nice. Overall, I feel the experience couldn't have been any better. We love the finished product and will definitely turn to you again in the future.

I received my shipment the day before I needed them. Apparently two of my toppers was out of stock and I was not notified of it in a timely manner. A different topper was chosen by somebody in your company so that the order could be filled on time. I have one trophy with the wrong engraving.

Crown Awards has been my go-to place for awards for years. They offer unique music award options that other companies don't have, and the shipments have always been delivered on time and complete. My most recent order was no exception. I have no reason to shop for my recital trophies anywhere else.

3 out of 8 tropheys had defects that could not be overlooked, I mean the nameplate was stuck to one of the tropheys upside down. Come on now. I have sent an email with pictures that show these defects. This is my third year ordering from you but it may have been my last.

I just placed my order for 4 of the same trophies and 1 different trophy. So far Your ordering site is excellent. Very easy to maneuver through the ordering, items, shipping and billing. Now hopefully everything else will go just as well. I payed extra for next day delivery. Because the event us the following day Saturday.
