I'm very satisfied with your company. Thank you for all you do. It would be nice to possibly get a discount for returning customers but I do understand the cost of running a business that would be my only suggestion.

2 days after ordering I had the trophy in my hand and just in time for my grandsons last game. Nice trophy and I am sure he will be very excited. I would highly recommend you shopping from this company.

Great with so many choices! And when I didn't make a purchase the first time, a representative emailed me to see if I needed any help and I appreciated that! I love my plaques and will definitely use them again!

Several of the trophies were noticeably scratched on the gold base and there was glue on all of them. I will have o order new ones from the local trophy store to get them here in tome for the ceremony.

I received the order on time and earlier than even expected once I placed the order. However, over half the order was wrong and at this point hoping that it will be corrected somehow. I ordered black based for our trophies and when received they were all white marble.

We ordered elsewhere for our family reunion 5 years ago and ordered again on 6/18 and they 'didn't get it' even though we got a reply for our order! Now we were scrambling at last minute and Crown awards saved us! Will never order anywhere else

I did not receive all of my order. The accompanying medal holders paid for and need for a recognition reception so much I paid for priority mail were not included. It appears no way to get them in time. I was to receive a status text today which I have yet to see. What I received was excellent great quality and everything I could have hoped for

Rings look great and arrived quickly. I was looking for a fun way to honor the league champ and this fits the bill

Update: Item has arrived and it could not be any better than what I expected. The quality is there, the cleanliness of the trophy, the letters are perfect and I can't wait to unveil this thing. Definitely recommend this site for anybody looking for a custom trophy of any sort!

Needed some small yet inexpensive brass name tags. Product from Crown Awards was just what I needed and was received with incredible speed.

I was leery of asking for help but realized that I needed it. The chat worked out so much better than I could have hoped. It helped me make an informed choice, and the result was a plaque that was more beautiful than its online picture.

You need more than 40 space character space. I would have PAID more. But your service would NOT allow it. So your company lost out on earning more of my money. I still made a purchase anyway.If you noticed with the photo that I took and sent to your company. There was a "letter" misusing on the plaque and I called the same day telling the operator and she blamed ME. I had to decorate my plaque myself. Look at my plaque picture. When I use Vista Print... They put the photo on for you. Your company does NOT. You could provide more room for more lettering. And I was willing to PAY FOR IT. The operator tried to sell me Another plaque... NO WAY!

Ordering and personalizing the trophies was quick and easy. It was nice that there was an imagine to give you an idea of what it will look like once complete. When we received the trophies they were perfect! I will definitely order from Crown Awards again.

Received call within 30 minutes of my order to resolve an apparent discrepancy in some engraving. Rep volunteered to fix it for me. Had entire order delivered to my door less than 24 hours after I had ordered it! It was even better than five-star service!

Simple and easy to manage, both when I was browsing for ideas from my mobile to when I placed the large order from a desktop. When I called in to confirm shipping options, my call was answered immediately and my questions were answered on the spot. Great efficiency at this company! The prices and products on this site are fantastic. I have used you for 3 years in a row and have not been disappointed. The online reps are super quick and helpful. A special shout out to Darlene who assisted me at 11:30 AM on 8/14/18 with an order.

Overall good experience, took a little bit to understand the website i.e. Unique characteristics for checking out.

UPS for whatever reason delayed delivery by one day. It was out on the truck for delivery on scheduled day of 11-28 and went back to station. It was delivered on the following day 11-29 but not until 6:00 pm. Crown did everything on their part, they can't control UPS and their delivery. I was disappointed by UPS on this one almost like they did a drive by and went back to the station.

Order arrived ahead of time - only 2 days from order to delivery. Trophies I ordered were just as I expected. The Medals I ordered for Olympic Awards - silver and bronze were great - the gold was not what I expected - the gold didn't really "stand out" - but overall - happy with the service

Ease to upload logo. It was very helpful to be able to view the finished product. They look beautiful, but the lettering was smaller than I expected. There was a lot of empty space on the perimeter of the plaque. It seems the space could have been used by increasing the letter size. I am sure it is a layout issue. Overall, we are happy with the end result.

This was the first time we had ordered from Crown Awards. It was a wonderful experience! Prices were great, the site was very user friendly for customizing each trophy. No shipping fees on orders over $100 was definitely a plus. I placed the order on a Monday and 2 days later, the trophies were sitting on my doorstep! They were packed so well and look so nice for the money spent. I will definitely do business with this company again!
