Product quality is good and looks attractive. However, closer attention to details needed. For example, visible glue needs to be removed from the polished surface and ensure that the engraved mental is affixed securely to the wood before mailing.

This was amazing! We thought about getting our nephew a soccer trophy 3 days before we needed it! For under $20 we had a great trophy, personalized with his name, at our house in two days! Will definitely use this website again!

I loved medallion but case in which to present it is unable to open. I will not return because my event is coming up soon and there's not enough time. I probably will shop again being that medal and ribbon was beautiful.

Everything was great except the package was left out in the rain and the cardboard had soaked through by the time I was home. The trophies seem fine but I am a little worried in regards to the stickers for the dog tags. Maybe boxes could be put in plastic bags when being left outside?

Each order that I place arrives promptly, the products are precisely what I anticipate, and the prices are superb. I'm so excited that I found this company after less than stellar experiences with others. I recommend them to friends and colleagues regularly!

It's not clear if the font size will adjust to fill the height of the plate if I only select a single word. I spent too much time looking around the sight for this information. I had to go to chat which solved my problem but way too much time involved!

These are the comments that I provided on the website at the time of placing my order. However, when I received my order, my issues were in fact NOT solved by the person I spoke to on CHAT. She assured me that the word would fill the plate. It did not. Please review the pictures and my more detailed comments for the specific plates I ordered.

I am satisfied with the appearance of the medals I recently purchased. The etched out, more 3-D face of the medals was combined with a decal/sticker a bit more tastefully in this design than others I'd ordered in past years. However, there's a noticeable price difference between the two if you're quantity is 50 or less. You have to order in greater bulk quantities to get the subsidies and for small businesses like mine, it's just another overhead! Over the last 4 years, my have increased over $50 as the quality of materials used and appearances of medals costing $1.49 or so have diminished.

2 of the trophies arrived broken in half. Which is surprising because shipping is very expensive on these items. My order was approximately $200.00 and my Shipping was approximately $29.00. More than 10%. I believe that is too high. Especially after they arrived broken.

Crown Awards was Very helpful and nice, when I called them to tell them about the broken items. They quickly shipped the replacement items, and said I should receive them in 2 days.

I ordered two personalized trophies on a Friday and received them the following Thursday. They were perfect and just as I had ordered.

The Trophies are nice I would recommend to anyone. The order came in a timely manner, the receptionist was very nice and helpful.

I am very pleased with my purchase. The medal I ordered was mostly what I was expecting. The only comment I have is that the "engraving" piece is not really engraved, it's a separate sticker that you attach to the back but for the price and quickness of delivery it's understandable.
Overall very good product and service.

Awesome looking products on the site, when you get the actual product, the "metal" parts are plastic that may or may not be scratched (mine were in several places). The pillars are also plastic. From a distance, the product looks really amazing, and when you get up close, you can start to see all of the flaws.

Overall I am OK with the order. Little disappointed in some aspects... Some of the black wood plaques have small chips around border so I had to fill with a black sharpie... When some of the plaques were packed, the foam protection was not wrapped correctly so that is probably what caused the chips in the paint. On the single special recognition plaque, the bolts holding the clear acrylic away from the backing plate were loose, and caused some marring on the finish. I would order again from Crown

As usual Crown came to my rescue. I always leave ordering the trophies to the last minute but they can be counted on to come through with quality items at a good price with reliable delivery. Additionally their packaging is excellent and the items always arrive in perfect condition. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my trophies and medals.

This was my first order from Crown, I wanted trophies for a retired racing greyhound event. They had these trophies for a great price and fast delivery. They are exactly what I wanted and as advertised - no surprises! The price is very reasonable and there are a ton of options. Will buy from Crown again if the need arises!

This was a last minute decision and the quick shipping and processing really aligned perfectly for my needs. When I received the item, I was truly shocked at the quality, size, and detail of the medal and ribbon. It exceeded my expectations, especially since the purchase price was so small. This is the type of business that sets the standard for customer satisfaction.

Product exactly as described and a great quality piece. My only complaint is that for small orders the shipping charge is more than product itself and really there probably isn't a way around that without hurting their profit margin. I will continue to do business with CrownAwards in the future. I love that I can customize a trophy to be exactly what I want it to be and although the shipping prices are more than the product, they arrive on time and are packaged to protect the products.

We discovered CrownAwards in 2017 and will continue purchasing all our awards from them. We like the selection, the prices and quality are great and shipping is fast. I like that they ask when you need to receive your order and then give you multiple options for shipping. All our orders have been received on time.

I find the Crown Awards website to be very user friendly. I like to be able to see the medal choice with my options (ribbons, etc) before purchasing. This is the 15th yr of our tournament and the most of the years our medals have come from Crown Awards. Up until last year we shopped locally and I do prefer to shop local, but the website is just too convenient, open 24 hours, and so user friendly that I can't resist ordering online.

Ordering on line was very user friendly. Would have liked for the team logo I paid extra was in color. I do not recall seeing any notation, when I personalized the plaque, that the logo would only print in black. Order was received prior to event date.

Love that you can see the custom medals as you make your choices.

The medal we selected said that it was a:"glow rim" described as "Light Up Any Room With Crown's Sport Rimz 4.0 Medals..." While they are pretty, they are not reflective, nor do they light up or glow. It is disappointing.

I experienced a bit of 'quirkiness' on your website when I started to place my order--I entered a quantity of 2 for the first item and when it was put in my cart, it suddenly changed to 8...might have been a slip by me, but I then had to 're-start' my order.
