Only thing I was upset with was that the box looked like it was thrown around, it was terribly smashed on top and bottom corner. I was concerned about my son's trophy, however, thank goodness you guys completely wrapped it in so much bubble wrap! So, it was not damaged! Thank you for packing my order so well

It was very easy to place the order without having to go through & make an account which usually takes awhile to set up for a first time. Once product is received & see quality, then can set up an account.

I had a little trouble since I didn't create an account before placing my order. I used the online chat option and Stephanie was able to help me confirm whether or not my order was indeed in the system. With her help I placed my order without further issues.

The chili sticker fell off the trophy and I was only able to do a survey on two of the three products I received. The larger trophy was extremely light weight and very cheaply made. First time in all the years I have bought trophies that I am dissatisfied.

Got a nice size 8" gavel with sound block to use at our co op housing meeting room with the free name of our co op on it and it's perfect!

WE ordered awards for our cub scout pinewood derby. I listed our event date as one day prior to the actual date of the derby just to be sure they would arrive. They arrived with plenty of time and the boys were thrilled with the trophies! Thanks so much!

The product arrived quickly and almost as advertised.

I was not expecting to have to install all of the name plate stickers to the medals, and four of the medals had the sticker inserts scratched up or torn in shipping since the medals were not protected (wrapped).

I checked two weeks before needing my order to see if you offered a more reasonable shipping rate. Was told no because of your next day shipping policy. Was forced to order next years trophies now in order to avoid excessive next day shipping charges on anything under $100.

Easy to customize our trophies! Upon their arrival we were more than happy with the appearance, size and detailing on the trophies! Our first winner of the monthly contest is so happy that she is determined to acquire every months trophy and we can't wait to order one large one for the end of the year contest! Great product, great price and great people working there!

I had an issue with uploading a custom logo and the customer service people were excellent. It was an easy fix and our plaques came to us exactly the way we wanted them. So easy to order from. We couldn't be happier with the product.

The service was great! Trophy is PERFECT! We ordered this trophy for our daughter to congratulate her 10th year dancing. She switched dance schools and they don't except previous years experience. We want her to know how proud we are of her with this momento. It's perfect! Thank you!

A friend won a regional bocce tournament. He was awarded a certificate. He and his team had played all year having lost a number of times to another team. I thought he should have a more memorable award. I checked out Crown. Price was good and it arrived in less than a week. Recipient liked the trophy. Everybody was happy.

The plaque and insert quality was great and professional. The personalized plates were a disappointment this time (prior 5 years looked great). 75% of my order had lines in the plates (maybe from machine tooling?) that aren't seen from all angles but make them look "cheap" and was disappointing.

My overall experience was great.i had a delivery issue but yo no fault of yours. I received email stating it was delivered but it was not. Stated it was left at front door and2 hours later a neighbor up the street brought the package to me. All worked out!

What a beautiful plaque this is! I loved it immediately and I will be delivering it directly to my Doctor tomorrow. He's retiring by the end of the year. The quality is totally amazing and that Walnut wood is beautiful and heavy. I would give any of your plaques 10 stars!

It was okay, this is the 1st time I dont order in bulk, for these were just thank you plaques for the FFA buyers. I would like to suggest adding more animal to the list, my daughter had a feeder calf, had to use a dairy cow logo- you have lots of animals but not that one. You can add to have more of a variety or maybe the FFA emblem, because you have the one for 4-H so maybe you can get it. My children will be in program 4 more years. I plan to make more future purchases, since I was very pleased with our Plaques.

With the exception of trying to place an order earlier in the month for 53 trophies, and being out of stock, I love how fast your turn around is and the quality is fantastic! I had to source a different company, and I had to put the trophies together, which I had to buy the wrench, and place the plates on the trophy as well. For the few cents more that you charge per trophy, I am sold on you! Please keep the Victory 1300 6" in during the school year! We have a reading mentor program that is called O.S.C.A. R. and use these trophies for the kids' recognition!

I needed plaques within a one week time frame that were not expensive. It was easy to order, there was a good selection, and the quality was better than I expected for the price. The plaques came within 4 days. I am pleased with my purchase.

My shopping experience was good I had achieved trophies that was lost and I am just replacing what I lost.I can was told I could get the same ones here.and I did select the exact same ones. Thanks so much for having them my instructor didn't get them from here but she shops here now.

I've ordered this paperweight as a gift a few times already and for others. I originally ordered this gift for same person when she received her PhD and now she has her MD! She loved the other one so much I just had to provide her with her updated title as part of her graduation gift. Thanks again for great products.
