This time, unfortunately, my shipment did not arrive in time for my event. The package was delayed, by the post office, for some unknown reason. Missed my event date by 2 days. The products are great, and this is the first time shipping was a problem.

My order was received on time with everything intact. The customer service was excellent the representative that answered the phone was very helpful with assisting me to find just what I need. Everything was great.

I got my trophy from you last year when I won my fantasy football league. I loved it so much that.well...I won 2 leagues this year and will be getting both of my trophies from you again this year! Thank You! And I did and again it was awesome!

Looked at a bunch of different online trophy websites. Yours was the clearest and had the best selection of product.

Ordering was easy, the delivery was pretty fast although the cost of sipping was as much as the one item I wanted. The item itself was great, but the nameplate was attached slightly crooked. I will detach it and regale it here, but I thought this should have been a higher quality job than that.

While the quality of the trophies ordered was always great, I was a little disappointed in the smaller trophies ordered this year. The quality of the materials are less than I expected. They feel light and the tops being hollow don't help with my overall take on the trophies. I would not order that style again and would prefer to order ones that were a little more substantial.

CrownAwards had a great selection at a competitive cost. The website was not user friendly at times, but working through this resulted in an overall pleasant experience. The product exceeded expectations in quality and overall appearance. Furthermore, the order was delivered in a more than reasonable amount of time. I would order from CrownAwards in the future.

The product arrived to my address as advertised but the trophy itself has a dent within the football on top of the trophy. I do not want to send it back due to the dent being small but I just wanted to inform you of the product received. Thanks.

It was so easy and quick to do I was so happy to find this website. When I received the product so fast I was completely amazed and to find that it was such a great quality I was beyond excited about referring friends and co workers to use this site in the future.

I was disappointed to see spots that looked like water marks or paint drips on the base of a couple of the trophies. Also, the top of one was assembled backwards. I was directed through an email how to fix the orientation of the top piece.

The golf ball at the top of trophy is much more overwhelming than it appeared online. It overshadows the text that appears below it. Had I known, I would have chosen a different style of trophy. Such is the risk of shopping online.
