Crown Awards

Shopping was easy as was choosing the type of plaque and engraving. Shipping was very expensive and I believe that's how you made up on the cost of the plaque being so inexpensive. The engraving looks nice, but the plate was glued on crooked so the finished product isn't as polished as I'd like.

I had a lot of problem trying to find out haw to find metal plates. I assume from what I read that what I ordered was metal. I have this problem also. I specifically went to the section that I thought was metal plates. I still don't know if these are metal or not. This is just another problem of not given enough information to decide what to order so you get what you expect. You need to give the customer choices and if there is additional cost, they can then decide what to order.To just send the customer what you think they would be happy with for the price is not the right way to satisfy the customer.

The CSR was very helpful in narrowing down the search. I could have selected the trophies but her assistance definitely cut down on time and research. The delivery time was exceptional. I have purchased trophies from Crown Awards in the past and never been disappointed.

The metal I received was engraved with a sticker on the back of it. That's not in gravy and if I would have known that's what I paid for I would have went through another company and paid extra money to have what I actually wanted. Unimpressed!

Our family has a friendly competition and we were looking for a great looking trophy and an good price. We found it at Crown Awards. Trophy looks great and is fun to pass around the family to the latest winner!

I anticipated to receive a high quality award with the written content to be non grainy and clear. What I did receive for the price was a grainy award appearance with paper like inlay. Not what I expected based on the image.

I have not received my order yet so I cannot rate the quality of the product or the shipping quite yet. Otherwise it was a good experience. I thought I would get free shipping with an order over 100.00. Checked and found out it was for trophies only. I am donating these pins to achour that does not have a budget so free shipping would have helped me.

I was expecting to see a proof before the order is processed, which they could not do. Then they went ahead and processed the order before I had a chance to review the email proof they sent. The pins are fine, but I was not pleased with the rush.

It is perfect! Happy son happy dad! My 12 yrs old got his dad a 2 tier trophy! He is such a proud young man!

I am disappointed because I was not prompted to add the engraving to the award I bought and when I called within less then 5 minutes of placing my order and followed the directions given nothing was done. The woman I spoke to on the line said to send an email to the company and that it should be no problem as I had just placed the order moments before. She even checked my order to see what I was talking about. Now I have an award for my music teacher honoring her hard work and dedication to our students and it is not engraved.

Wow! I couldn't believe the delivery time frame! When told I had a large package in the office, I couldn't even figure out what I had ordered! There's no way they could have got a personalized order to me that fast! But they did!

Incredibly fast delivery and the items are exactly as I expected. The ordering was a little tricky as I wanted different engraving on each item, but once I figured it out, it was fine and the order arrived just as I expected.

The color that I ordered was supposed to be bronze. What I received was a very shiny copper color. This color cheapens them. Tournament is Sunday and I know the kids won't like them as much. I wish it had been better portrayed in the picture on your website. They look darker in the bronze color.

Fast shipping, when I received the product it was the wrong item, I called customer service and they fix the problem immediately. I received my correct order the next day and I am so happy with it. Thank you customer service was great!

Very pleased with everything with the exception of one thing -- the history emblem/sticker (on the front of the medal) was coming up on several of the medals. I applied pressure to re-stick and hope that it will hold for medal presentation to the students.

Some trophies arrived in pieces. That was unexpected as the website never specified assembly required.
The gavels, for the price, were light weight and flimsy.

Shipping was quick and perfect.
