My anticipated delivery time was 10/14/17. I still have yet to receive the plaque so I couldn't fairly rate if I was please with the product I received. I do hope I received the product soon, for the $9.44 shipping charge fee I should have receive it by now. Your pricing is great, but when you add the shipping fee it cost more for shipping, the product was only a few dollars more so the cost is pretty even compared with other vendors. Hopefully I will be pleased with the plaque and it will arrive before the event.

Nice selection but would like more sets of matching 1st, 2nd and 3rd place trophies in sizes about 10", 12" and 14" to choose from. Ours were for Cub Scout Pinewood Derby trophies, we felt that we just needed medium size trophies. We are very happy with our order though. Delivery was VERY FAST!

I am so pleased with these medals. They are perfect for our racquetball tournament at which we honor our Military personnel and first responders. I would definitely recommend them and I would get them again.

I had to trophys that was completely messed up. My toppers for 2 trophys had was mismatched so my husband had to unscrew the trophys and place them on the right ones...i was very disappointed with that but my husband fixed it that's why i didn't call it in or report it

Ease of shopping it was great. The only issue we had was our awards were damaged because the weren't packed with enough bubble wrap. The response to fix our issue was exceptional. The damaged awards were replaced before our meeting presentation.

There was a great selection to choose from! I ordered 2 plaques to give to our Firefighter of the Year 2017 and Jr. Firefighter of the Year 2017. We were finally able to get together tonight and give out the awards and the guys loved them! I also loved the sturdiness and value of the Congratulations box to put them in! So much to choose from this was a one time fun award for my Cats groomer so it was very easy to put together thank you. I was thrilled when I opened up the box so well done. Cant wait to give it to the recipient his c0-workers will be jealous...thanks so much

Beside the fact that I didn't know that the price was in us and that I was surprised when I look at the account averything else was Moore then I expected...medals made some jealous and it arrived sooner then expected...

When you push the edit button to go back and edit an item it went to the item and i tried to change the size of the trophy to 14 inches instead of 16 and it wouldn't change it.

The ordering process was easy, but I wasn't happy with the products when I received them. The "Girl Scout" sticker fell off during shipping and I had to put it back on the product. Thankfully I checked them before I presented them.

Some of the awards can be cheaper like the championship rings or the globe trophies
If I wanted to order individual globe awards it would need to be cheaper rate
And shipping should be free on more items just because

I have ordered twice from you guys and was very satisfied, only thing I didn't like was I had called and the lines were busy and I was asked to leave my name and number but no one ever called me back.

I was pretty disappointed with this batch of trophies. We ordered three heights for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. The height was completely inconsistent, I had to look at the plaques to know which was which. The toppers were extremely cheap plastic. Little sharp burs on them from the mold, faded scuffed and stained in places, and one of them was completely crooked. I couldn't fix it without breaking it. Even the marble bases had some imperfections that were surprising. There were marks on the plaques. Hopefully the kids don't look too closely, but they were a mess. I am planning to order elsewhere next year.

This was my sentiment before I received my order...now I am totally disgusted!
What a rip off...I even called and spoke with a customer service rep before I placed my order and they assured me the product(s) would be of excellent quality...in the words of President Trump..."WRONG"!
I contact CrownAwards regarding my dismay...no one contact me verbally but I did receive an email with disappointing news. Oh well, the prices were very economical hence I didn't get what I paid for. :(

I am running a small contest as a fundraiser for a boy struggling with DIPG. I only need 5 trophies, I think its hard for companies not needing a large number to have to pay extra $35 to get simple trophies.

Love the trophies that I had made for my basketball kids. So many choices and I can't wait to see their faces. I ordered them Wednesday afternoon and had them Thursday before noon. AMAZINGLY QUICK. Thank you CrownAwards for everything.

Everything was great with the ordering only problem was with one ring it was stuck to the White inside of the blue velvet box and left a white coating along the top side of the ring I tried to remove it with a cloth but didn't work so that ring went to the Coach other then that everything else was a great experience

Overall CrownAwards.com was amazing. I think UPS had messed up the box and bent the trophy. I am returning the item. I wish the trophy quality was a little better but it wasn't the highest end trophy. Best price I've seen on the net.
