Crown provides an excellent service for coaches or groups looking to award team performance in a variety of sports and scholastic endeavors. The prices are very reasonable - with free engraving, the products are high quality, the service is excellent, and there is a quick turnaround. I've been using them for over 2 years and never had them get my order wrong. Crown is definitely the company to trust when it comes to team or individual awards.

This company has the worst customer service ever. I put in an order for 100 trophies. I called 10 days later looking for an update. They said the order was on hold yet they had not reached out to me to resolve the issue. They claimed that the billing address did not match the card which is not true since I use it all the time. I tried to verify the card number to see if they had a typo but they were unable to do that. Ten days and no communication. This is my first experience with this company and very likely my last.

Received the 3 medals in very timely manner. The web interface was super easy to use and very informative. I love all the choices they have! Yes, I had to apply the sticky plaque on the back of the medal myself but I don't mind. The medals look nice and as shown on the web. The ribbon is nice and simple as I expected from the web. And the price is reasonable! I'll use them again if the occasion occurs.

My yearly Breeders Cup Contest was a blast and every year I give out 3 trophies. The big trophies hold the winners for the last 17 years. My friends love getting a trophy if they win and I give out a horses $#*! trophy to the last place finisher. And 3 years ago I started giving out a trophy just for the ladies and the lady with the highest score gets the filly trophy.

Delivered as described on website. Looks just like it did in pictures on website including engraving. This is second time using this site and they are by far the fastest at getting the product in your hands. I reside in Massachusetts and received it in 2 day.

The awards arrived bubble wrapped and very quickly. A day early. The price was right for our budget. We also love the fact we could customize the awards with our logo. Ordering was a very easy process online.

I have ordered from this company on several occasions and their products are of very good quality. I ordered the new water bottle item in black with my personalized caption. It had a very good weight to it and it was larger than you normal water/beverage bottle. My employee of the year loved it!

I ordered gold, silver, bronze medals with horse heads for an upcoming horse event. The order was filled within the week and the quality of the medals is excellent. I could specify text for the backs, that was printed on a nice material that was easy to affix to each medal. I am very pleased with this product, it is exactly what I was looking for!

They have done such an excellent job I keep ordering more awards for our family reunion. This company is helping to make our 2019 reunion EPIC. I love the prices and the items come really fast. We received our Trophies and mostly everything was perfect! It just happened that in the packaging something was a little loose and we ordered over 20 of them and so my husband tightened up something and then we had very nice looking Trophies, were very happy with everying Overall! We had purchased some medals last year, those were very nice too, but the quality overall is very impressive, so my daughter placed her order after we received ours, she was also very happy with hers!

Product did arrive on date promised (after 8pm) although carrier e-mailed and advised the delivery would not happen until the next date. Products were great except for one crystal award (the size online was not comparative to what was received). Would recommend them for rush orders.

I gave it 4 star just because the trophies "2023" design is not sealed or engraved, its a paper insert. Some of the trophies the "2023" paper was off and had to use hot glue to avoid it moving out of place.
