Great selection, great product price, satisfactory quality and look, but too expensive shipping cost. You might loose a lot of customer because of this H&S fee.

I wasn't aware that the engraved medals would come with the engravement on a plastic sticker that I would have to put on. Was not happy with that part. I expected that the medal itself would be engraved.

I was disappointed that I couldn't order only 8 ribbons, or that I couldn't order only 8 certificates and personalize them prior to ordering, and I wanted to preview how my over would look. Other than that it wasn't bad.

I had two baseball trophies from 1977 that were not in good shape. You let me design a new one to look just like the one's I had. It was easy, and inexpensive. Awesome.

The site looks good, prices are reasonable and options limitless. But for an international buyer, shipping offered is only by UPS, which is very expensive.

No issues with Crown on purchases of pins and trophies. Always shipped quickly and accurately. Custom imprinting is a little more challenging, but comes out looking nice in the end.
