The product was not as expected. I thought I was getting an engraved metal plaque not crappy plastic that is paper thin. This was to be used on a tool box.

It was quick and very user friendly. However it said "Free Shipping" when I first went in but I must not have read the fine print because I was charged a bunch of freight.

I am return customer. I give daily and friends trophies as gifts. They equate them to the Academy Awards. Since my family is very large the prices are excellent and I love the selection.

Easy as always, however, the printed plates were lower in quality than I remember. The font was not as crisp or clear to read as in the past. It is still acceptable, but noticeable.

Somehow the boxes got separated in delivery so it took an extra day to get to us - but in time for the party. Trophies were a little steep but worth it. Thanks again Crown!

Rings were ordered on a Monday and I received them on a Weds. Our baseball team doesn't play in tournaments that give out rings so we wanted them to have a ring for a season well done.
