One of the trophies had a broken piece (I had ordered a couple extra trophies "just in case" - even though over 7 years of working with Crown and ordering thousands of trophies, I've only had a couple defective trophies); I contacted CrownAwards and, as usual, they were very responsive, provided excellent costumer service, and, since I did not need a replacement trophy, they provided a $ refund to my credit card.
