Annoyed with the password lockouts and lack of PayPal as a payment option. Also annoyed the shipping and tax isn't added in right away. Jump from $77 to $105 isn't the best feeling

ALLWAYS FUN AND EASY TO MAKE AN AWARD WITH YOU PEOPLE. THE TORCH MEDAL WAS THE PERFECT ICON FOR THE 4TH OF JULY RACE. I TOOK 2ND PLACE IN MY DIVISION AND GOT NOTHING TO REMEMBER THE EXPERIENCE. I AM THINKING OF MEETING THE RACE PROMOTERS AND OFFERING THEM THIS MEDAL TO GIVE TO THE TOP 3 FINISHERS IN EACH DIVISION MALE & FEMALE NEXT YEAR.

Unfortunately, the quality is not the best. Two out of 9 trophies were chipped on the base and one the name plate wasn't straight. Fortunately, they were packed well aND shipped quickly.

Site was easy to maneuver in. Unfortunately the 2018 was not what it should have been. I chose Blue and it was shipped in purple. I would like 12 more 2018's shipped to me with right color.

Wish there was an mvp inlay for the sculpture - pricing is ok, similar to other sites, wish there was free shipping though. Would've also liked real engraving like on the sculpture.

Over priced and cheaply made. And shipping is a rip off. My item was the size of and address lable and so flimsy. Charged over 4.00 for shipping when a stamp would have done the job.
