My initial fear was that the product would be "cheesy- looking". I was quite surprised and delighted to see the product was very well designed! I think my staff would be as pleased to display the plaque as much as I am pleased to present it!

Ordered more than $160 worth of trophies for a Cub Scout Pinewood Derby. Received 18 trophies with the same engraving. Immediately called and was told I would have the engravings within a couple of days. I called after three days and was told that my issue was submitted to customer care and I would have the engravings before the event. Called the day before the Pinewood Derby freaking out. They said since they would not get to me before the event to just present the trophies with the wrong engravings and get them fixed later. The Pinewood Derby is tomorrow and I have zero correct trophies to present to the Cub Scouts.

The quickness of my order being filled was wonderful, I ordered a total of 3 plaques and I received them 2 days after placing the order (ordered on a Friday morning and received on Sunday morning).

Big-box version of trophies and awards, and if I want a solid product for a reasonable price I'll always have a place to go. The turnaround time for the quality of the product is outstanding, and the cost is very reasonable for the level of service. You absolutely get what you pay for

The product was superb and by far a tear jerker to give. The problem was the shipping process. It was supposed to be delivered to my home but instead after being transferred to different UPS departments to find out for almost a week my package was just sitting in the warehouse. Other than that it was fine.

I just needed a plate for a plaque. It was easy and affordable to order what I needed. Delivery time was very good and the plate was just as I ordered.

The online order and customization software and system was easy and intuitive. The order was completed and at my door in 3 days, and the trophies looked very good and were very affordable.

Even though I saw the picture of the items I order czadg12. I was truly hoping that the item adorn with insert on cup for gold 2019 black and gold stars would look nice. Well, it looks even more beautiful in person. The cup is for a 50th wedding anniversary gift. Also, the 45 year service gem pin was perfect too. This is a gift for a retirement.

Wow! The moment I completed my order on the web, I heard the door bell... How fast is this? LOL As for the product itself, wich was medals, I am quite disapointed with my choice, since the medals are very thin and lightweight, in comparison with the previous model of medals I ordered before. Maybe the weight of the medal should be indicated as a supplementary information.

I recieved my trophy and it came in one piece but I was a little disappointed in the actual quality. The base is great and looks good but the trophy statue has some scuff marks on it that take away from the overall look.

I was sooo worried about ordering from this website. Not only did my order ship the same day I placed the order. It arrived in less than a week and the product was not what I was expecting. It is perfect. The price I paid was AMAZING the product was beautiful and above my expectations. Will definitely be my new website when ordering trophies

I told them i wanted 10 trophies but i wanted to order1 for a sample first to make sure it was done correctly before i ordered the other 9 and they said ok. They charged me full price plus shipping and when i received it, it did not have the proper insert and they said they would send out the right one for me. I went to pay for the other 9 trophies and then they tell me they do not have any in stock they only have 2 of them. They should have told me they could not fill my order before they had me pay for the first one since they knew i was ordering more of them. So now they refuse to give me a full refund and are charging me a portion of the cost of the trophy instead of any full refund or somekind of credit for the full amount. So it seems as if we have to pay for their mistakes and can't get all my money back. This is bad business. Be careful in dealing with them.

I bought a few 5K medals to motivate my youngest son (6 years), who has asked me to help him run a 5K. The medals are very nice, the upgraded ribbon is cute, and the shipping was really fast! Now I have five medals to help motivate him to stay active with me!

Everything was good except some of the plates on the trophies were on crooked.

For the most part the trophies ordered are attractive and sturdy. However, on one of the trophies the name plate is discolored around the edges and is not very appealing.

These trophies are great quality for a great price! I will definitely order from here again! They also arrived 2 days before the estimated delivery date.
