Great deals, extremely fast shipping, great customer service. The chat feature is really what made me decide on this company as opposed to another one. I had questions about shipping and the other company was closed and on their message it said for a faster response leave an email. They got back to me but it was the next day. By that time my order was placed and on its way from you guys.

I placed a very large order and was quite pleased, except one trophy came scratched on the front. I intend to check with customer service and see if they will send me a replacement section for that particular trophy. This company has always ben great to work with and very accommodating in these circumstances...which are few.

Very easy to design your own style trophy. Would suggest some higher quality choices. I would like to give you a five on everything but I feel there is always room for some improvement! UPS had a problem sometime during the shipping process. We just got the trophy for last years winner the night before draft day this year. Which is when we pass out the trophy. Love the trophy. My wife wants to know why you don't have any trophies with women as the model. Women play fantasy football too. And win.

Very easy to navigate the site and use the features. I'll definitely use it again! The shipping cost seemed high given how are to each other. If we were not pressed for time we possibly would have purchased a similar trophy from somewhere else.

Love that the shopping cart can be saved for a later date. That feature saves a lot of time when you know you'll make the order but not just yet. I just wish the engraving was deeper or more visible. It seems so faint.

I love that I can pick engraving and that you ship to Canada. Super fast delivery! For 5 stars maybe next time just literally a minute or two extra when assembling lol less slapping it together.

Site is much easier to navigate than others I checked out for purchasing these awards. Great experience overall! Value was spot on, turn around/ delivery time was exactly as expected and most importantly, the kids loved the trophies. These will serve as great reminders to our undefeated season!

Very easy to use site with straightforward directions. Customer service in the engraving department was very helpful and even went the extra mile to get a hold of me when I didn't approve my designs right away as I was awaiting approvals. The final product is beautiful! :)

Hey Campers.

The overall trophy is great, but the one thing that does distract quite a bit (and kept me from giving 5 Stars) is the small plaque on the front is not level. It's tilted by a few degrees. I thought about pulling it off and re-attaching it, but I'm afraid 1) I'll bend it and 2) the tape won't hold the second time around. Since I mounted the trophy on the top of a home-made wooden base it's pretty apparent the plaque is skewed.

Still, for the price and convenience, if I need another trophy, I'll likely come back to you guys.

Needed something last minute, Crown Awards came through and delivered in a timely manner. Award pins were ordered sight unseen and touch unknown -- very pleased with the size and how heavy the pin was. Not some cheap, thin pin.

Painless. I left items in my cart for later and received email and phone call from a customer service rep indicating that if I needed help completing the order they were there for me. Ended up completing on line.

Painless despite so many options. I tried calling a trophy place first and they were clueless... so I hung up. Your website is very easy to use and your trophy, etc., products very complete.

Great experience from beginning to end. Easy online ordering process, great detail and examples given when needing to see how the finished product would look.
