The labels were just a little too large to fit within the borders, but it did not detract from a good looking product.

Main issue is not being able to fit all the letters on one line. Secondly, it drove me batty that a popup kept saying "Can we help you?" and blocking what I was doing.

I received my items. One of the beautiful boxes is crushed on the bottom. The way it was packed, that had to have happened before putting it in the shipping box. Very disappointing.

I ordered two Golf trophies for my husband, after he won the championships but never received any trophies. They are very nice quality - the prices are great - and the plaques were done very professionally. The ones I picked came in various sizes, which is really nice to be able to choose from. I'm very happy with the whole buying experience and definitely will purchase from here again.

The order arrived on time and the product was as requested. Minor comment is that the emblem on the plaque was slightly off center. It could have been centered better. But it's barely noticeable from far away. Otherwise great experience & product.

There was an issue with one of the bases of our trophies, but I called and y'all are sending out a new one for us! So stoked and I'm so sorry I didn't catch the awesome gals name that helped me. :o(

The process for ordering merchandise was simplistic which was a huge benefit considering this was my first time placing an order. Very satisfied with the product and price. I do wish there would have been other options for shipping rates as I felt that was a little over priced.

The website was so easy to operate, the awards turned out even better then they looked online. They were elegant and classy. They came in very sharp looking cases. It was the best buy and such a great price! I pad $65 for an award that looked $300. Amazing!

My third time ordering from Crown Awards. Always a good experience except this time. All the awards are significantly damaged and I have no choice but to hand them out as I don't have any other options

I am upset. Yes these are not very big trophies, but imagine how sad it is that the plaques could not even be put on straight. I will most like not order again. Because when I give this to someone, they are gonna look at how much effort was put in to these, and by it being cooked it looks like no body cared

The selection of products are plenty, the prices are beyond great, customer service is hands down! I am able to exchange the products for something else also. Next one, December!

Easy to order, shipped same day, received in 3-4 days even though it was just under 10 days until Christmas. The lines did not allow me to type what I wanted on the Medals. Other than what I ordered last year not being available, everything has gone well. Delivery was faster than I thought possible. All of the chat people were very nice and helpful. Will keep coming back to this company.

I Liked the variety of options for trophies and customization of how each trophy should look like for each sport such as running or dancing. Keep up the good work! More low cost options(cheaper than $9.99) on shipping would be nice especially if orders may take up to a week or more to ship to a designated address..

I ordered trophies for a Demolition Derby on a Thursday or Friday, and I received them the following Monday! They look way better than I had anticipated, and I've recommended them to everyone as they are easily $1000 cheaper than anything around us! 100% will order next year, and the years to come. Super impressed with every step.

Lots of choices. I like the visual so you can see what combinations work together to make a nice final product. Product arrived earlier than promised and looked just as good as I saw on the screen when making my choices.

It was great to have a good variety of pins to choose from and at such a great price! I was extremely surprised and impressed that we received our pin delivery as quickly as we did! I placed my order on a Wednesday and the box in my hands on Friday, and it was expected to be delivered on Tuesday! It is even more surprising because our deliveries do not come directly to us, but are filtered through other offices, so the quick turn around thoroughly impressed me!

Love the pricing and the ease of setting up my order.

One trophy was very off base, not centered and hanging over. I contacted Crown Trophy and had no issue requesting a replacement. I just did this, so will see when it arrives and how it looks.

There were 4 other trophies not centered well, but just decided to keep them.

I needed 2 more name plates and one additional trophy, but the shipping was too high, almost as much as my order, so will have to go local for that.

All other trophies were well done and I was amazed at how quickly I received them. It was free shipping since my.order was over $250.

It would have been nice to have had free shipping on the 2 name plates and additional trophy to avoid having to go elsewhere, especially after placing a large initial order.

All in all I'm very pleased.
