Quick easy great prices Ended up have to exchange trophies had to call three different times to handle this each time being assured it was handled. The reason for exchange was statue was to tall and blocked insert located in the back. Was told this would be corrected on website and it is still not corrected there either. Would hate to see this same situation happen again.

I will start by saying I would still order from Crown Awards again. They had a decent price on a perpetual plaque that arrived in time for our event and the engraving looks great. I had ordered plaques from them in the past and they too have turned out great and on time. My last plaque purchase though had a damaged corner which was disappointing and could not be replaced before the event. And with this most recent purchase, I also learned about a policy change that we will now be charged for each name plate that needs to be engraved on the perpetual plaque in the future when this was complimentary in the past.

The trophies look beautiful - the students will be thrilled to get them, I'm sure. I like that we can choose the base color (black or white) and that we can decide if the lettering is identical on some lines, that is very helpful.
I also like that you can choose the type of sport or activity that you want the trophy for and there are choices along the way. It was easy and didn't take much time. I've been doing it for several years now and really appreciated the reminder and that the notice in my email gave me the details of what I ordered last year at this time.

Awesome. One of the trophy tops was cracked when I received, called Crown Awards & your representative was so nice & helpful. Sending a replacement top & she also explained how to change it out. Great company & I will definitely buy again for our annual Halloween Bash next year! Thanks again Crown Awards for a great product & great customer service.

Easy process. One of the trophies insert was upside down. I fixed it my self, however not sure how that got overlooked when it was shipped. One other trophy was damaged at the base, but i called and they sent a replacement.

I was amazed when I placed my order online one day, and by the next day the plaque had already arrived! It looked great & was packaged very safely. Really impressed with how quickly they filled my order, while sending email updates.

Great. Except it didn't save what I had put in my cart when I visited the site last month. It was mostly what I had wanted on the engraving that saddened me. They were perfect but I'm OK with what I came up with now. Now I did find better medals this go around. Either they were new or I completely missed them before.

We had to pay quiet a bit to get the item here on time but the overall products were great they arrived 1 item messed up but that's because I ordered extra. Also loved the look got a compliment that these medals were one of the best we have used. I look forward to using this company for more unique medals in the future.

The site was easy to use. I had purchased similar items from another supplier and my only comment is that these definitely didn't have the weight to them that the others had. They look nice but definitely not the amount of metal in them that I was used to. However, sitting on a desk or shelf they will look just as nice and probably won't tarnish like the ones I used to buy, so I will probably continue buying these as needed. My only issue with the delivery time is they came the day I went where one of them was to be presented, so now it will have to wait for the next trip. It just would have been convenient if they had come one day sooner.

While I got exactly what I ordered, It didn't work as intended. I think I really ordered the wrong size, but that was my fault, not Crowns. They do provide a quality product & I have always been happy with all of my Crown purchases. I do think their shipping is over priced. But overall I'm a happy customer

I had to call and chat online on a couple of occasions to make sure I was getting the right thing, and they were terrific to work with. Thank you! Very impressed with the wide range of selections available. One of the metals were sold out so i had to opt for these. Hope they look as good as they are on this site.

It has been convenient to order the various medals over the years. We appreciate new designs. We do note that we have to be timely when ordering or some of the ribbons sell out (i.e. 2016, 2017 etc.).

The only think that could be better is if the words were actually engraved on the back of the metal instead of a sticker. I would pay more to receive it like that or at least make it an option. Thanks for the great products!

Whenever I need a special award for some special occasion at my church, this website is the first one I remember, and they have so far not ever let me down. Great quality merchandise for a great price.

I found what I was looking for immediately, thanks to Crown Awards' email receipt and reminder of last year's purchase. The instructions for ordering the engraving plate were clear and included a handy preview. I'm excited to update our traveling trophy with a new plate!

I have ordered medals and ribbons for our city wide event for a few years now. The awards are always a big hit, reasonably priced, and arrive on time. My only recommendation was to have a copy of the invoice in the package.
