Restrictions on number of letters on awards seams way low, when ordering multiple awards it should group the letters for the entire order, since there is no typesetting involved as we type in the information ourselves.

I was very impressed with the awards - high quality, packaged in a nice box and excellent price. I was surprised how heavy they are! (crystal ones) - not hollow plastic - very good quality solid crystal! Love them!

Our company events committee is hosting a Bean Bag (aka Cornhole) tournament and don't have a huge budget but wanted to have some kind of trophy to hand out. Yours were the perfect size for desk-tops and the price was great.

Site pretty easy to navigate. Wish there was a string and card for the rosettes I ordered since it is for a photography contest and there are different categories. Prices seem very reasonable esp. For plaques.

After chatting with the agent I became very comfortable and most difficult was to choose proper text. The rest was easy.
Good place to go to make a good personalized gifts for reasonable prices.

Very good prices and easy to navigate site and find what i want! I did pay a little extra for the guarenteed delivery date, but they arrived the day after that. Still very pleased overall! Excellent work and will order again!

Relatively pleased with our purchase for Bible Drill awards. A little disappointed that two of the eleven medals had scratches and one of the eleven cases was scratched as well. The two plaques looked very professional.

It's a little hard to find color choices. Maybe put an overall trophy height on your site, when I clicked on a 10 inch base trophy and a 5.5 inch top, I expected it to be a lot bigger than what I received, I could have gotten the same size trophy locally for a lot cheaper. Not happy.

I am not happy with the quality. I thought "engraving" meant engraving not a sticker plate to add to the medal. I thought there was the front of the medals had actual bling on it like fake crystals not a fake stick. I am not impressed with the quality. I could have went to a local place and ordered medals that were engraved for real.
I will not be purchasing anything from this website again.

I received my trophy damaged. The marble base was cracked and then glued back together and the engraved plaque was then placed on the base. Looks like this happened at the factory, since the plate was not damaged or bent. I did call customer service and the representative handle this problem immediately and is shipping me a new base with a plaque at no charge and should be here on Monday next week. The customer service representative apologized and took care of my problem quickly. Luckily
I don't need this until 2 weeks from now. This is the first time that I have experienced any issue with my order and appreciate the quick response to resolve the issue.

The trophies are beautiful and a lot of fun! I bought them for a friendly marksmanship competition in a private club. However, the figures I selected, civilian with rifle, has a long pointed extension on each trophy, which were bent during shipping; the box was bashed in and the trophies were too loosely packed for the delicate figures.
Bent but not broken...

I guess the only thing I would like to see would be a price break on the shipping. Your product prices are great, but if there could be some type of minimum order to receive free shipping or at least discounted, that would be great for us. Thanks.

Very easy to use.I just received my Trophy in very quick time. After I unwrapped the many layers of bubble wrap I found my trophy. It was well protected by its wrapping and was in perfect condition. The trophy which is approximately 17" high is really some thing I feel proud to display.

The web site layout doesn't look as fancy as most. But the product, service, cost, and shipping were better than any site with a slick layout.
The site is difficult to figure out and complete the order.
But don't let that put you off. The final resulting medals and trophies are worth it!

Easy to order, including engraving, quick production and delivery. Only thing I didn't like was the "Made In Taiwan" sticker affixed to the finished face of the product. As a gift, it would never have been given this way and even for personal use it would have to be removed. I managed to get the sticker AND the remaining adhesive off w/o damaging the product but it never should have been on there to begin with. Unseen backs and bottoms are fine for that stuff. NEVER on the display face.
