This gift I couldn't have been more pleased with the layout, workmanship and professionalism of this plaque.

Really nice product everything was pretty much perfect the only thing was that I thought that they were going to be engraved but it was basically a sticker that went on the back with the name on it but I still love them and they're awesome thank you so much

Super easy and everything I could possibly need. We'll see how I feel when it gets here, but I hope I can do all my award shopping here.

Update: I got the awards. They were well packed, they got to me quickly, and they are great quality for the prices!

My second experience, and it has been exceptional. Fast turn-around. The Curva acrylic awards are stunning. The first order was for custom medals, and they came out beautiful. Cost was reasonable. Service was great.

I recieved my order faster than expected. I bought trophies for my cheerleaders last year and was very happy with everything then also. I will be back to buy more soon. Ty for your efforts and hard work to get it to me so fast.

Site was easy to navigate. Customizing order was easily accomplished.

The received Acrylic Trophy was outstanding. This replaced another I received from another Company that was basically garbage and I could not in good conscious give as an award.

The one received was perfect including the Box and interior material that held the trophy. Looked like an oversized jewelry Box.

Not a misstep anywhere from the online order to the delivery. Last year there was a mistake in the engraving but they FedEx the correct ones immediately. I am happy to find accompany that stands behind their word!

On a Tuesday, we found ourselves in need of a last-minute award plaque for Friday and our regular supplier told us it was impossible. We were surprised to find Crown on the internet with the promise of a quick turn-around that would be in-time. We started our custom order Tuesday morning, a plaque with our logo at the top. The process of uploading our logo and designing the plaque was very easy. A proof arrived for approval later in the afternoon...followed by confirmation of the item shipping that night. UPS delivered the final product Friday morning without paying special "rush" shipping. The quality was very good, the process was simple and easy, and the turn-around time was awesome. Overall, the cost was a little more than we have paid in the past for a similar item, but the convenience and speed made it worth the extra money.

I have purchased trophies from Crown Awards in the past- best price, easy to use website, quick delivery. After my most recent purchase from Crown Awards I can say I will never puchase from this company any again. The medals I received looked nothing like the picture on the website. When I contacted customer service, I was essentially called a liar. Cathy from Crown awards told me, they sell a lot of medals and no one has ever said the medal they received was different then what they ordered. This poor display of customer service has ensured that I will never purchase from Crown Awards again.

Needed to get a plate made for some artwork in a hurry. Job looks good!

I waited until the last minute to order this award. I paid for 2 day service and it arrived on the expected date. The quality was better than expected! Crown Awards always impresses me! Thank you for the outstanding website, product quality and customer service.

Good bargain for the price and quality is good. Shipping was within next 2 days.

Little difficult to navigate the menus but other than it was good. The website was so difficult to use that the plates all came wrong. Not sure if it was your fault or mine. Either way I will likely never use your service again due to the impossible website and difficulty ordering

Will order again. Looked great and when the package arrived it was wrapped and put in the box as if it were there own. Very pleased.

OMG my bowlers just loved their colored trophies. They were even delivered before their banquet.

This is the 4th piece of Crystal I've purchased from Crown Awards, and I'm always blown away by the "quality" (weight) and size of each piece. If you are looking for a special gift that isn't and doesn't look cheap this is where you will find it.

Post Order) I still have to look through all of the bubble wrap to see if I got my blank plates.

Pre order) Excellent web site. I would have engraved a couple of the smaller plates, but found this confusing and thought it was simpler to just do locally. I would still add these on to the order if possible.

Online assistance was excellent. Speed of production and mailing time was excellent. The resulting product was a little less substantial than I thought it would be; I thought I would be getting an engraved brass plate but it looks more like the letters were punched out of a plastic sheet and then attached to a very thin sheet of metal..

Easy to order online and they look amazing! I would highly recommend them to friends!

No really happy with the metal part of the award. There is sharp metal all around the edges. I cut my finger open just putting on the sticky name plate by holding the award. The edges all need to be smoothed out (or sanded smooth).

I'm very happy with my order and everything came on time. I would definitely recommend this company to other people.

Everything arrived accounted for and in good condition. My only suggestion is that you ship the medals in a box that could be opened with a flap on top instead of at the sides. The box you used works to transport the medals, but isn't very good to display or easily access the medals.
